Rewa Today Desk : कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्रीमती प्रतिभा पाल ने वीडियो कान्फ्रेंसिंग से विधानसभा चुनाव के तैयारियों की समीक्षा की। कानून और व्यवस्था की समीक्षा करते हुए कलेक्टर ने कहा कि राजस्व और पुलिस अधिकारी संयुक्त रूप से क्षेत्र का भ्रमण करें। असामाजिक तत्वों तथा आदतन अपराधियों पर तत्परता से प्रतिबंधात्मक कार्यवाही करें। सभी मतदान केन्द्रों का निरीक्षण करके मतदान केन्द्र में आवश्यक व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित करें। मतदान केन्द्रों की वर्नबेलिटी के संबंध में पूरी जानकारी एकत्रित करें तथा 30 सितंबर तक सूची प्रस्तुत करें। संवेदनशील मतदान केन्द्रों की पहचान करें साथ ही ओवर वाउंड की कार्यवाही करें तथा इस्तगाशा पेश करें।

उन्होंने सीमावर्ती जिलों की सीमा में चेक पोस्ट क्रियाशील करने के निर्देश दिये।
कलेक्टर ने कहा कि मतदाता सूची का कार्य लगभग पूरा हो गया है। मृत व्यक्तियों के नाम सूची से पृथक करने के लिए प्रत्येक मतदान केन्द्र में शिविर लगाएं। मतदाता सूची का 4 अक्टूबर को अंतिम रूप से प्रकाशन कर दिया जाएगा। प्रशासनिक टीम ने मतदाता सूची बनाने में अच्छा कार्य किया है। चुनाव के साथ-साथ आगामी दिनों तथा महीनों में कई बड़े पर्व और त्यौहार मनाए जाएंगे। इनमें कानून और व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए कड़े प्रबंध करें। कानून व्यवस्था भंग करने वालों पर तत्परता से और कड़ी कार्यवाही करें। निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा चुनाव कार्यक्रमों की घोषणा के साथ ही आदर्श आचरण संहिता लागू हो जाएगी।

सभी अधिकारी और कर्मचारी इसका कठोरता से पालन करें। सोशल मीडिया में आगामी दो माह तक किसी भी तरह की पोस्ट करने से यथासंभव बचें। किसी भी राजनीतिक दल और राजनीतिक व्यक्ति के ट्वीट अथवा संदेश अपने अकाउंट में रिट्वीट न करें।

कलेक्टर ने राजस्व तथा पुलिस अधिकारियों को सुरक्षा बलों की तैनाती, विशेष पुलिस अधिकारियों की नियुक्ति, संवेदनशील मतदान केन्द्र तथा परिवहन व्यवस्था के संबंध में निर्देश दिए। बैठक में अपर कलेक्टर शैलेन्द्र सिंह, उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्रेयस गोखले तथा वीडियो कान्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से पुलिस अधीक्षक विवेक सिंह, सभी एसडीएम, सभी एसडीओपी, अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक मऊगंज विवेक लाल तथा अन्य अधिकारी शामिल हुए।

Collector reviewed election preparations and asked revenue and police officers to jointly visit the area

Collector and District Election Officer Mrs. Pratibha Pal reviewed the preparations for the assembly elections through video conferencing. Reviewing the law and order, the Collector said that revenue and police officers should jointly visit the area. Take immediate preventive action against anti-social elements and habitual criminals. Inspect all the polling stations and ensure necessary arrangements in the polling station. Collect complete information regarding the veracity of polling stations and submit the list by 30th September. Identify sensitive polling stations as well as take over wound action and present Istgasha. He gave instructions to activate check posts on the borders of border districts.

The Collector said that the work of voter list is almost completed. Set up camps in every polling station to separate the names of dead persons from the list. The voter list will be finally published on October 4. The administrative team has done a good job in preparing the voter list. Along with the elections, many big festivals and events will be celebrated in the coming days and months. Make strict arrangements to maintain law and order in these. Take prompt and strict action against those who violate law and order. The Model Code of Conduct will come into force with the announcement of election programs by the Election Commission.

All officers and employees should strictly follow this. As much as possible, avoid making any kind of post on social media for the next two months. Do not retweet tweets or messages of any political party or political person in your account.

The Collector gave instructions to the revenue and police officers regarding deployment of security forces, appointment of special police officers, sensitive polling stations and transportation arrangements. Additional Collector Shailendra Singh, Deputy District Election Officer Shreyas Gokhale and Superintendent of Police Vivek Singh, all SDMs, all SDOPs, Additional Superintendent of Police Mauganj Vivek Lal and other officers participated in the meeting through video conferencing.
