District Cooperative Bank कर्मचारी संघ रीवा द्वारा 6 सितंबर.2023 से अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल के बाद बैंक के कार्यों से बहिष्कार का निर्णय

Rewa Today Desk : जिला सहकारी बैंक के कर्मचारी पिछले दिनों से हड़ताल पर हैं अब उन्होंने बैंक के कार्यों से भी बहिष्कार करने का निर्णय लिया है कर्मचारियों का कहना है 6 सितंबर से हमारी हड़ताल जारी थी जिला सहकारी बैंक के कर्मचारियों की मांग है कि म.प्र. शासन द्वारा अपने कर्मचारियों को 2006 से वेतन का लाभ दिया गया है देय महगाई भत्ता एवं वृद्धका लाभ भी दिया जा रहा है। जिला सहकारी केन्द्रीय को भी अप्रैल 2011 से छठ में वेतनमान का लाभ दिया जा रहा है ।

इसके पालन में जिला मर्यादिता के द्वारा बैंक कर्मको 1 अप्रैल 11 से सातवें वेतन का लाभ किया जाकर जुलाई 2012 से आर्थिक लाम दिया गया किन्तु वित्तीय आधार लेकर 2015 से महगाई भत्ता एवं बेतनवृद्धि रोक दिया गया है जबकि प्रदेश की अन्य जगह पर घाटे में होने के बाद भी उन्हें दिया जा रहा है। आयुक्त सहकारिता के द्वारा जिला सहकारी केन्द्रीय बैंक रीवा के कर्मचारियों का दिया गया सभी कर्मचारी भत्ता एवं वृद्धि पाने के है। किन्तु मध्यप्रदेश शासन के द्वारा तानाशाही रवैया अपनाते हुए कर्मचारियों को यह भत्ता स्वीकृत नही किया जाकर उनके अधिकारों का हनन किया जा रहा है। कर्मचारी संघ द्वारा की गई मांगों के संबंध में अभी तक आयुक्त सहकारिता के द्वारा कर्मचारियों की मांगों पर कोई नहीं किया गया है।

जिससे सभी कर्मचारी के द्वारा अनिश्चितकालीन बैंक के समस्त कार्यों का बहिष्कार किया गया है तथा कर्मचारिया द्वारा प्रशासन से अपील की गई है कि कर्मचारियों 2015 से महगाई एवं वृद्धि की स्वीकृत प्रदान की जाय माँग पूरी न होने तक सभी कर्मचारी अनिश्चितकालीन आंदोलन पर रहेंगे जिसमें कार्यालय सहित बैंक के अमानतदारों किसानों एवं आम जनमानस को होने वाली समस्याओं तथा बैंक की आर्थिक क्षति के लिए बैंक प्रबंधन एवं नियामक से उत्तराई होगे।

Decision by District Cooperative Bank Employees Union Rewa to boycott the work of the bank after indefinite strike from 6th September, 2023.

The employees of the District Cooperative Bank have been on strike for the last few days. Now they have decided to boycott the work of the bank also. Employees say that our strike was going on since 6th September. The employees of the District Cooperative Bank demand that M.P. The government has been giving the benefit of salary to its employees since 2006, dearness allowance and old age benefits are also being given. District Cooperative Central is also being given the benefit of pay scale in Chhath from April 2011.

In compliance with this, by the District Magistrate, the bank employees were given the benefit of seventh salary from 1st April 2011 and financial compensation from July 2012, but on financial basis, dearness allowance and salary increment have been stopped since 2015, whereas due to losses in other places of the state. Even after this they are being given. The employees of District Cooperative Central Bank Rewa are entitled to get all the employee allowances and increments given by the Cooperative Commissioner.

But the Madhya Pradesh government is adopting a dictatorial attitude and by not sanctioning this allowance to the employees, their rights are being violated. Regarding the demands made by the employees union, till now no action has been taken by the Commissioner of Cooperatives on the demands of the employees. Due to which all the employees have boycotted all the works of the bank indefinitely and the employees have appealed to the administration that till the demands of the employees are approved for inflation and increase from 2015, all the employees will remain on indefinite agitation including the office. The bank management and the regulator will be held accountable for the problems caused to the bank’s bailees, farmers and general public and the financial loss to the bank.
