खाद्यान्न वितरण में हेराफेरी करने वाले सेल्समैन के खिलाफ एफआईआर

रीवा हनुमना विकासखण्ड की शासकीय उचित मूल्य दुकान पटेहरा में खाद्यान्न वितरण में गंभीर अनियमितता पाई गई। निरीक्षण के दौरान दुकान में 97 क्विंटल 41 किलो गेंहू तथा 91 क्विंटल 96 किलो चावल की हेराफेरी पाई गई। इसे गंभीर अनियमितता मानते हुए जिला आपूर्ति अधिकारी ओपी पाण्डेय तथा सहकारिता निरीक्षक हनुमना द्वारा सेल्समैन राजेश पटेल के विरूद्ध थाना मऊगंज में एफआईआर दर्ज कराई गई। इसके साथ-साथ सेल्समैन से पाँच लाख 19 हजार रुपए की शासकीय राशि की वसूली के लिए एसडीएम हनुमना को आवेदन दिया गया है। यह कार्यवाही आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम 1965 एवं भारतीय दण्ड संहिता के तहत की गई है।

FIR against the salesman who rigged the distribution of food grains

Serious irregularities were found in the distribution of food grains in Patehra, the government fair price shop of Rewa Hanumana development block. During the inspection, 97 quintals of 41 kg wheat and 91 quintals of 96 kg rice were found to be rigged in the shop. Considering this as a serious irregularity, an FIR was lodged by District Supply Officer OP Pandey and Cooperative Inspector Hanumana against salesman Rajesh Patel at police station Mauganj. Along with this, an application has been given to SDM Hanumana for recovery of government amount of five lakh 19 thousand rupees from the salesman. This action has been taken under the Essential Commodities Act 1965 and the Indian Penal Code.
