Rewa Today Desk : भवन ज्ञापन लेकर पहुंच गए गोविंदगढ़ वासी. गोविंदगढ़ के लोग चाहते हैं यहां पर कॉलेज की बिल्डिंग जल्द बन जाए. जिसके चलते शीघ्र भवन निर्माण की मांग को लेकर ज्ञापन सौपने एक प्रतिनिधि मंडल पहुंच गया रीवा कलेक्टर के पास. ज्ञापन लेकर आए लोगों का कहना था. पैसा है जमीन है फिर बिल्डिंग निर्माण क्यों नहीं हो रहा.
कॉलेज में है मूलभूत सुविधाओं का अभाव गोविंदगढ़ में शासकीय कॉलेज को खुले हुए लगभग 7 वर्ष हो चुके हैं. किंतु आज दिनांक तक कॉलेज का भवन निर्माण नहीं हुआ है. कॉलेज में छात्र-छात्राओं के बैठने से लेकर शौचालय एवं पीने का पानी इत्यादि मूलभूत सुविधाओं का भारी अभाव है. जबकि उक्त कालेज में 90% संख्या बालिका छात्राओं की है. कॉलेज मात्र 50 वर्ष पुराने बने एक दो कमरे में ही आज भी संचालित हो रहा है. जो की अत्यंत जर्जर अवस्था में है. जिससे कोई भी अप्रिय दुर्घटना कभी भी घट सकती है.
बिल्डिंग निर्माण के लिए राशि है स्वीकृत ज्ञापन लेकर आए लोगों का साफ तौर से कहना था. कालेज के नवीन भवन निर्माण के लिए पर्याप्त राशि पूर्व में ही शासन द्वारा स्वीकृत हो चुकी है .एवं स्थान का भी चयन हो चुका है .फिर भी जिम्मेदार अधिकारी व प्रशासन कॉलेज के भवन निर्माण एवं व्याप्त समस्याओं को लेकर गैर जिम्मेदार होकर मौन बैठे हुए हैं .शासन के उक्त उदासीन रवैया से ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि शायद प्रशासन किसी दुर्घटना का इंतजार कर रहा है. किंतु शासन की युक्त रवैया से छात्र-छात्राएं उनके अभिभावक एवं आम जनमानस में भारी आक्रोश है।
छात्राऔ की संख्या है ज्यादा गोविंदगढ़ के लोगों का साफ तौर से कहना था. सीमित कमरों में कॉलेज की वजह से हमारे यहां की लड़कियों को सर्वाधिक परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है .छोटे से कॉलेज में ढेर सारी लड़कियां तमाम तरीके की सुविधाओं का ना होना आप स्वयं कल्पना करिए कितनी परेशानी में गोविंदगढ़ की लड़कियां कॉलेज में पढ़ाई कर रही हैं. शासन प्रशासन गोविंदगढ़ की बच्चियों के हित में को ध्यान में रखते हुए तत्काल कॉलेज निर्माण की स्वीकृत प्रदान करें. जिसने भी इस निर्माण में देरी की है उसके खिलाफ कठोर कार्रवाई की जाए.

Have been yearning for Government College Govindgarh for 7 years. For your building.
When will the building be received? Residents of Govindgarh reached with the memorandum. The people of Govindgarh want the college building to be built here soon. Due to which a delegation reached Rewa Collector to submit a memorandum demanding immediate construction of the building. This was what the people who brought the memorandum said. There is money, there is land, then why is the building not being constructed?
There is lack of basic facilities in the college. It has been almost 7 years since the government college opened in Govindgarh. But till date the college building has not been constructed. There is a severe lack of basic facilities in the college, from seating for students to toilets and drinking water etc. Whereas in the said college, 90% are girl students. The college is still functioning in just one or two rooms that are 50 years old. Which is in a very dilapidated condition. Due to which any unpleasant accident can happen at any time.
The people who brought the approved memorandum clearly stated that the amount is for the construction of the building. Sufficient funds for the construction of a new building of the college have already been sanctioned by the government and the location has also been selected. Yet the responsible officers and administration are irresponsible and are sitting silent regarding the construction of the college building and the prevailing problems. From the above indifferent attitude of the government, it seems that perhaps the administration is waiting for some accident. But due to the poor attitude of the government, there is a lot of anger among the students, their parents and the general public.
The people of Govindgarh clearly said that the number of girl students is more. Due to the limited number of rooms in the college, the girls of our place have to face the most problems. Lots of girls in a small college, lack of all kinds of facilities, imagine for yourself how much trouble the girls of Govindgarh are facing while studying in the college. . Keeping in mind the interest of the girls of Govindgarh, the government administration should immediately grant approval for the construction of the college. Strict action should be taken against whoever has delayed this construction.
