 आईटीआई पास लाइनमैन को मिलेगा 1000 रूपये जानिए क्यों

ऊर्जा विभाग द्वारा आउटसोर्स के माध्यम से विद्युत वितरण कम्पनियों में नियोजित आईटीआई उत्तीर्ण लाइनमैन के लिये जोखिम भत्ता देने का आदेश जारी कर दिया गया है। इन्हें श्रम आयुक्त द्वारा कुशल वर्ग के श्रमिकों के लिये लागू प्रतिमाह वेतन के अतिरिक्त एक हजार रूपये का जोखिम भत्ता दिया जायेगा। इस अतिरिक्त राशि पर किसी प्रकार का सेवा शुल्क देय नहीं होगा। आईटीआई उत्तीर्ण तथा वितरण कम्पनी में आउटसोर्स से नियोजित श्रमिकों को विद्युत वितरण कम्पनियों द्वारा आयोजित प्रशिक्षण सफलतापूर्वक पूरा करने एवं इस संबंध में आयोजित परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने पर इस वर्ग में नियोजन की पात्रता होगी। ऊर्जा विभाग के इस आदेश से संविदा में काम कर रहे ITI 5 लोगों को राहत की खबर मानी जा सकती है हालांकि संविदा में काम कर रहे हैं कर्मचारियों का यही कहना होता है उनको जो भी तनख्वाह मिलती है वह काफी कम होती है उससे उनका दो वक्त का पेट भी नहीं भरता जिसके चलते उनके वेतन में ₹1000 का इजाफा उनके लिए एक राहत वाली खबर की तरह आई है जिसका आईटीआई पास लड़कों ने समर्थन किया है।

The Energy Department has issued an order to give risk allowance to ITI passed linemen employed in power distribution companies through outsource. They will be given a risk allowance of one thousand rupees by the Labor Commissioner in addition to the per month salary applicable for skilled workers. No service charge will be payable on this additional amount. ITI passed and workers employed outsourced in the distribution company will be eligible for employment in this category after successfully completing the training organized by the power distribution companies and passing the examination conducted in this regard. With this order of the Energy Department, ITI 5 people working on contract can be considered as a news of relief, although the employees working on contract have to say that whatever salary they get is much less than that, their two time Due to which the increase of ₹ 1000 in his salary has come as a relief news for him, which is supported by ITI pass boys.
