21 मई को जवा में एक लूट हुई थी सोने चांदी के व्यापारी के साथ जब वह अपनी दुकान बंद करके अपने घर जा रहा था रास्ते में शीतलहा पुल के पास उनकी मोटरसाइकिल को अज्ञात बदमाशों ने पीछे से ठोकर मार दी थी व्यापारी जब जमीन में गिर पड़ा तब 4 पहिया में सवार लोगों ने उसके साथ जमकर मारपीट की उसको अपनी गाड़ी में उठा ले गए व्यापारी की मोटरसाइकिल वहीं सड़क के किनारे खड़ी कर दी थी इस बात की रिपोर्ट मोतीलाल सोनी पिता राम प्रतीत सोनी निवासी नगमा ने दिखाई थी मामला काफी सीरियस था क्योंकि जिस तरीके से लूट की वारदात को अंजाम दिया गया था वह काफी गंभीरता लूट मोबाइल और ₹1000 की थी पुलिस ने अपराध क्रमांक 160 बटे 23 धारा 394 धारा 364 ए धारा 365 धारा 34 धारा 395 धारा 397 भारतीय दंड विधान एवं 11 बटे 13 ए डी एक्ट कायम कर पुलिस ने मामले की तफ्तीश की कई पार्टियां बनाई साइबर सेल की मदद ली जिसके चलते तीन आरोपी पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार करने में सफलता पाई है ₹500 भी बरामद कर लिए हैं फरियादी का छीना हुआ मोबाइल फोन भी मिल गया है फरियादी की आंख में जो गमछा बांधा था

उसे भी पुलिस ने बरामद कर लिया है घटना में इस्तेमाल मोटरसाइकिल को भी पुलिस ने जप्त किया है गिरफ्तार आरोपियों में तीनों सीमावर्ती इलाके चित्रकूट के बताए गए हैं पुलिस इस दिशा में भी काम कर रहे हैं माना जा रहा है या कोई अंतर राजी गिरोह भी हो सकता है जिसके तार जगह-जगह फेला हो यह गिरोह अपने जान पहचान वाले अपने रिश्तेदार की मदद से पहले रेकी करते हो बाद में लूट की घटनाओं को अंजाम देते हो पुलिस मानकर चल रही है इस मामले में अभी कुछ और आरोपी गिरफ्तार किए जा सकते हैं तीन आरोपी उदय राज सिंह उर्फ मुन्ना सिंह पिता स्वर्गीय दल बहादुर सिंह उम्र 41 साल निवासी ओबरी थाना बरगढ़ चित्रकूट राहुल द्विवेदी पिता नीलकंठ द्विवेदी उम्र 25 साल निवासी चदइ थाना मऊ जिला चित्रकूट रतन सिंह उर्फ गोलू सिंह पिता दिनेश सिंह उम्र 23 साल निवासी टिकरा थाना मऊ जिला चित्रकूट को गिरफ्तार करने में सफलता पाई है इनकी गिरफ्तारी में थाना प्रभारी गीतांजलि सिंह निरीक्षक वीरेंद्र पटेल उप निरीक्षक अरविंद सिंह राठौर उप निरीक्षक सेल यादव आरक्षक सुभाष भारती सूरज सिंह मनोज यादव शिवेंद्र मिश्रा की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रही
