बाल संप्रेक्षण गृह एवं हरिबाल गृह में विधिक साक्षरता शिविर का किया गया आयोजन दी गई सलाह

Rewa Today Desk : प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश सुबोध कुमार जैन के मार्गदर्शन एवं सचिव जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण अहमद रजा के नेतृत्व में बाल सप्रेक्षण गृह, एवं हरिबाल गृह में विधिक साक्षरता शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। शिविर में सचिव अहमद रजा द्वारा बालकों के अधिकार एवं कर्तव्य तथा कानूनी अधिकार के बारे में जानकारी दी गई ।

जिला न्यायाधीश प्रवीण पटेल द्वारा किशोर न्याय अधिनियम की जानकारी दी गई। जिला विधिक सहायता अधिकारी अभय कुमार मिश्रा ने निःशुल्क विधिक सहायता योजनाओं के बारे में जानकारी दी। उक्त अवसर पर बाल संप्रेक्षण गृह एवं हरिबाल गृह के पदाधिकारी व बालकगण उपस्थित रहें। रीवा जिला सत्र न्यायाधीश के निर्देश पर इस तरीके के आयोजन लगातार होते रहते हैं. जिसका मकसद है. हर आदमी को पता होना चाहिए उसके कानूनी अधिकार क्या है. सरकार ने उन्हें कौन से अधिकार दे रखे हैं कौन से अधिकार नहीं दिए हैं.

कानूनी रूप से किस तरीके से वह अपने अधिकार का पालन कर सकते हैं .खासतौर से बाल संप्रेषण गृह के बच्चों को उनके भविष्य के बारे में किस तरीके से उनको आगे अपने अधिकारों का इस्तेमाल करना है. किस तरीके से जीवन यापन करना है. किस तरीके से बेहतर नागरिक बनना है. तमाम बातों पर विस्तार पूर्वक जानकारी दी गई. यह जानकारी उनके लिए भविष्य में बेहद उपयोगी साबित होने वाली है ऐसा माना जा सकता है.

Information about Juvenile Justice Act was given by District Judge Praveen Patel. District Legal Aid Officer Abhay Kumar Mishra gave information about free legal aid schemes. Officials and children of Child Care Home and Hari Bal Home were present on the said occasion. On the instructions of Rewa District Sessions Judge, such events are organized regularly. Whose purpose is this.

Every person should know what his legal rights are. What rights has the government given them and which rights has it not given them? In what legal way can they exercise their rights? Especially how the children of the child care home have to exercise their rights regarding their future. How to live life. How to become a better citizen?
