सलमान की शिकायत पर लोकायुक्त की कार्यवाई पटवारी पकड़ाया
सलमान खान निवासी ग्राम मनिकाडाढ़ पोस्ट कोटा तहसील जवा थाना पनवार जिला रीवा का रहने वाला है गांव में रहकर खेती का काम किया करता है उसके भाई और पिता के नाम हल्का कोटा में स्थित भूमि का सीमांकन करने हेतु पटवारी ₹3000 की मांग कर रहा था जबकि राजस्व निरीक्षक ₹1000 पूर्व में ले चुका था जिसकी शिकायत सलमान ने लोकायुक्त में की लोकायुक्त ने शिकायत की तस्दीक कराई शिकायत सही पाए जाने पर ट्रैप की कार्यवाही आयोजित की पटवारी ने जैसे ही ₹3000 अपने हाथ में लिए लोकायुक्त ने उसे रंगे हाथों गिरफ्तार कर लिया
उसके खिलाफ धारा 7 भ्रष्टाचार निवारण संशोधन अधिनियम 2018 के तहत प्रकरण पंजीबद्ध कर ट्रैक कार्यवाही का आयोजन किया गया था विनोद सिंह पटेल पटवारी हल्का कोटा तहसील जवा एवं नीरज शुक्ला राजस्व निरीक्षक वृत्त डभौरा तहसील जवा जिला रीवा को लोकायुक्त में आरोपी बनाया है यह कार्यवाई आज 25 मई को पटवारी के किराए के आवास डभौरा में की गई लोकायुक्त पुलिस ने पटवारी को ₹3000 रिश्वत लेते हुए रंगे हाथ पकड़ा खबर लिखे जाने तक कार्रवाई जारी थी हम आपको बता दें आरोपी पटवारी के विरुद्ध लोकायुक्त रीवा की दूसरी ट्रैप कार्यवाही है इसके पूर्व आरोपी पटवारी विनोद सिंह पटेल को पूर्व में 5 जून 2018 को शिकायतकर्ता भैया बहादुर सिंह की शिकायत पर ₹3000 रिश्वत लेते हुए रंगे हाथ पकड़ा गया था लोकायुक्त टीम में ट्रेपकर्ता अधिकारी निरीक्षक जियाउल हक प्रवीण सिंह परिहार DSP , प्रधान आरक्षक मुकेश मिश्रा’ लवलेश पाण्डेय विजय पाण्डेय , शाहिद,सुजीत व पंच साक्षी सहित 12 सदस्यीय टीम शामिल रही
