पिछले दिनों पुलिस के पास एक शिकायत आई थी 14 सितंबर को शिकायतकर्ता ने थाने में पहुंचकर शिकायत कराई थी उसकी लड़की की उम्र 7 साल है उसकी लड़की के साथ एक नाबालिक बालक में दुष्कर्म की घटना को अंजाम दिया मामला दोनों नाबालिक का था पुलिस तत्काल हरकत में आई शिकायतकर्ता की रिपोर्ट पर पुलिस ने धारा 376(AB), ता.हि., 5/6 पाक्सो एक्ट में बालक को पड़कर पूछताछ की बालक ने अपना जुर्म कबूला विधि विरूद्द बालक पर वैधानिक कार्यवाही कर किशोर बोर्ड पेश किया गया

घटना कैसे हुई

शिकायतकर्ता ने 14 सितंबर को पुलिस के पास पहुंचकर रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई थी कि मेरी बच्ची जिसकी उम्र 07 वर्ष के साथ विधि विरूद वालक द्वारा गलत काम दुष्कर्म किया गया है। शिकायतकर्ता की रिपोर्ट पर अप.क्र. 164/23 धारा 376 (AB), ता.हि.. 5/6 पाक्सो एक्ट का अपराध पंजीबद्ध कर विवेचना मे लिया गया। दौरान विवेचना विधि विरुद्ध वालक की पता तलाश की गई जो आज 16 सितंबर को पकड़ा गया जिससे घटना के संबंध मे पूछताछ की गई जो घटना करना स्वीकार किया, विधि विरूद्ध वालक को विधि अनुसार कार्यवाही किया जाकर किशोर बोर्ड रीवा पेश किया गया।

Minor boy arrested on charges of rape, he confessed to his crime during police interrogation, presented before Juvenile Board of Rewa

Rewa Today Desk : Recently, a complaint had come to the police. On September 14, the complainant had reached the police station and lodged a complaint. His daughter was 7 years old. An incident of rape was committed against his daughter by a minor boy. The case was of both minors. The police took immediate action. Based on the report of the complainant, the police interrogated the child under section 376 (AB), Tahi, 5/6 POCSO Act. The child confessed his crime. After taking legal action against the child, he was presented before the Juvenile Board.

How did the incident happen?

The complainant had approached the police on September 14 and lodged a report that his daughter, aged 07 years, had been wrongfully raped by a policeman against the law. On the report of the complainant, Sr. 164/23 Section 376 (AB), Tahi.. 5/6 The crime of POCSO Act was registered and taken up for investigation. During the investigation, the address of the violator was searched and he was caught today on 16th September, who was interrogated regarding the incident, he admitted to committing the incident, action was taken against the violator as per law and he was presented to the Juvenile Board, Rewa.
