पितृपक्ष इस साल 29 सितंबर, शुक्रवार से शुरू हो रहे हैं और 14 अक्टूबर शनिवार को समाप्त होंगे। पितरों के निमित्त, परिजनों की आत्मा की तृप्ति के लिए श्रद्धापूर्वक हम जो कुछ अर्पित करते हैं उसी को श्रद्धा कहा जाता है। इसीलिए कहा जाता है पितृपक्ष के समय में हर आदमी को अपनी शक्ति व सामर्थ्य के अनुसार पितरों के निमित्त श्राद्ध व तर्पण, दान पुण्य अवश्य करना चाहिए। आमतौर पर पितृपक्ष में यह नजारा देखने के लिए नजर आता है
कब से कब तक रहता है पितृपक्ष
शास्त्रों के अनुसार पितृपक्ष भाद्रपद की पूर्णिमा से शुरू होता है और अश्विन मास की अमावस्या को समाप्त होता है । इन दोनों हर व्यक्ति श्राद्धों में अपने पितरों मृत्यु तिथि के दिन पिण्डदान, तर्पण, ब्राह्मणों को भोजन, कपड़े, फल, मिठाई सहित अपने समर्थ के अनुसार दक्षिणा ब्राह्मणों को दान देने के बाद गरीबों को भोजन करता है। माना जाता है इस दौरान हम जो कुछ भी अपने पितरों के लिए करते हैं वह पूरा का पूरा पूर्वजों तक पहुंचता है।
श्रद्धा करने से क्या होता है कोई भी व्यक्ति जब अपने पितरों का श्राद्ध करता है तो माना जाता है वह व्यक्ति पितृऋण से मुक्त हो जाता है और इसी के साथ अपने पितरों को संतुष्ट करके अपनी मुक्ति के मार्ग पर आगे बढ़ जाता है वहीं दूसरी और पितर भी प्रसन्न होकर अपने लिए श्राद्ध करने वाले परिजनों को हमेशा की तरह आरोग्य, धन, संपदा, मोक्ष सुख प्राप्ति का आशीर्वाद देते हैं।

कैसे करें श्रद्धा
पितृपक्ष श्राद्ध करने का तरीका बेहद आसान है जिस दिन करना हो उस दिन सबसे पहले के पितरों के निमित्त श्राद्ध व तर्पण एवं पूजन करने के बाद, किसी बर्तन में सबसे पहले देवता, पितरों, गाय माता, कौवे, कुत्ते, चींटी का भोजन का थोड़ा सा भाग निकाल देना चाहिए उसके बाद भोजन का सिलसिला शुरू करना चाहिए उसमें भी सबसे पहले ब्राह्मणों एवं ज़रूरतमंद को भोजन करना चाहिए। उनके भोजन करने से उनके मुंह से जो आशीर्वाद निकलेगा वह पितरों तक पहुंचेगा.
अकाल मृत्यु हो तो श्राद्ध कैसे करें
अगर परिवार में किसी परिजन की मृत्यु प्रतिपदा को हुई हो तो उनका श्राद्ध प्रतिपदा के दिन ही करना चाहिए। वहीं दूसरी और परिजनों की अकाल मृत्यु हुई हो जैसे किसी दुर्घटना की वजह से या फिर आत्महत्या के कारण हुई हो उनका श्राद्ध चतुर्दशी के दिन किया जाता है। साधु और संन्यासियों का श्राद्ध द्वाद्वशी के दिन किया जाता है।जिनको पितरों के देहांत की तिथि याद नहीं हो तो उनका श्राद्ध अमावस्या के दिन किया जाता है। इस दिन को सर्वपितृ श्राद्ध कहा जाता है। आमतौर पर ज्यादातर लोग श्राद्ध अमावस्या के दिन ही करते हैं

जानें श्राद्ध की तिथियां कब कब बेहतर संयोग है

अलग-अलग दोनों में अलग-अलग तिथियां महत्वपूर्ण है जैसे पूर्णिमा तिथि का श्राद्ध 29 सितम्बर शुक्रवार, दोपहर 03 बजकर 28 मिनट के पहले करना है। पहले प्रतिपदा, का श्राद्ध 29 सितम्बर शुक्रवार दोपहर 03 बजकर 28 मिनट से लेकर इसी दिन शाम 04 बजकर 16 मिनट के मध्य काल के बीच किया जा सकता है । वही द्वितीया, श्राद्ध 30 सितम्बर शनिवार दोपहर 12 बजकर 22 मिनट के बाद ही करना है।तृतीय, श्राद्ध 01 अक्टूबर रविवार सुबह 09 बजकर 42 मिनट के बाद करना है।चतुर्थी, श्राद्ध 02 अक्टूबर सोमवार सुबह 07 बजकर 37 मिनट के बाद का बेहतर संयोग हैपंचमी, श्राद्ध 03 अक्टूबर मंगलवार को।षष्ठी, श्राद्ध 04 अक्टूबर बुधवार को।सप्तमी, श्राद्ध 05 अक्टूबर गुरूवार को।अष्टमी,श्राद्ध 06 अक्टूबर शुक्रवार को।नवमी, श्राद्ध 07 अक्टूबर शनिवार।दशमी, श्राद्ध 08 अक्टूबर रविवार।एकादशी, श्राद्ध 09 अक्टूबर सोमवार दोपहर 12 बजकर 37 मिनट के बाद ही करना है।
मंगलवार 10 अक्टूबर को किसी भी तिथि का श्राद्ध नहीं होगा सभी को इस बात का ध्यान रखना है मंगलवार 10 अक्टूबर को शुभ संयोग ना होने की वजह से इस दिन श्रद्धा किसी को नहीं करना हैद्वादशी, श्राद्ध 11 अक्टूबर बुधवार को।त्रयोदशी, श्राद्ध 12 अक्टूबर गुरुवार।चतुर्दशी, श्राद्ध 13 अक्टूबर शुक्रवार।अमावस्या तिथि का श्राद्ध 14 अक्टूबर शनिवार, सर्वपितृश्राद्ध एवं पितृ विसर्जन करने के साथ ही श्राद्ध समाप्त हो जाएगा।

श्राद्ध पूजा के लिए किस सामग्री की जरूरत पड़ेगी

आमतौर पर श्राद्ध पूजा के लिए इन चीजों की जरूरत पड़ती है जैसे पलाश के पत्ते,कुशा,रोली, सिंदूर, फल, मिठाई, लौंग इलायची, छोटी सुपारी , रक्षा सूत्र, चावल, जनेऊ, कपूर, हल्दी, देसी घी, माचिस, शहद, काला तिल, तुलसी पत्ता , पान का पत्ता, जौ, हवन सामग्री, गुड़ , मिट्टी का दीया ,रुई बत्ती, अगरबत्ती, दही, जौ का आटा, गंगाजल, दक्षिणा, खजूर, केला, सफेद फूल, उड़द, गाय का दूध, खीर, शहद, शक्कर, वस्त्र, चावल, मूंग, पुष्प, गन्ना। यह सारी सामग्री आसानी से मिल जाती है। फिलहाल पितृ पक्ष लग गया है बताई गई विधि के अनुसार पितृपक्ष में श्राद्ध किया जा सकता है.

The method of performing Pitru Paksha Shraddha is very easy. How to perform Shraddha in case of untimely death?
If any relative in the family has died on Pratipada, then their Shraddha should be performed on the day of Pratipada only. On the other hand, if the family members have died untimely, such as due to an accident or suicide, their Shraddha is performed on the day of Chaturdashi. Shraddha of sadhus and sannyasis is performed on the day of Dwadvashi. Those who do not remember the date of death of their ancestors, their Shraddha is performed on the day of Amavasya. This day is called Sarvapitri Shraddha. Generally most of the people perform Shraddha on Amavasya day only.
