पुलिस ने पिछले दिनों मां बेटे की कॉलेज की छत में लाश मिलने के बाद तेजी से कार्रवाई करते हुए अपराधी को 48 घंटे में ही गिरफ्तार करने में सफलता पाई प्रभारी गोकुलानंद पाण्डेय चौकी प्रभारी उपनिरी.संजीव शर्मा के साथ मिलकर डबल मर्डर अंधी हत्या का किया खुलासा 26 मई को चौकी प्रभारी उपनिरी.संजीव शर्मा को मोबाइल फोन सूचना प्राप्त हुई

कि ग्राम सोनवर्षा मे कौशलेश व्दिवेदी के खङहर हो चुके कालेज की छत पर एक अज्ञात महिला उम्र लगभग 35 वर्ष एव एक 7-8 वर्ष के लङके का शव देखा गया है उक्त सूचना पर चौकी प्रभारी उपनिरी.संजीव शर्मा ,थाना प्रभारी गोकुलानंद पाण्डेय ,अनुविभागीय अधिकारी पुलिस समरजीत सिह परिहार तत्काल घटना स्थल पहुचकर घटना स्थल का बारीकी का निरीक्षण कर शव को पुलिस कब्जे लिया गया मौके पर मर्ग कायम कर उपस्थित लोगों की मौजूदगी में पंचनामा की कार्रवाई की गई शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र भिजवाया गया और पुलिस जुट गई उसकी पहचान करने में पुलिस की पहली प्राथमिकता शव की पहचान को लेकर थी अज्ञात मृतिका एव मृतक बालक के शिनाख्तगी का एव मृत्यु का कारण का पता तलाश की गई, पुलिस ने तेजी से छानबीन करते हुए महिला और उसके बच्चे की पहचान कर डाली अज्ञात मृतिका की पहचान अनीता हरिजन पति अच्छे लाल हरिजन निवासी टङहर थाना सोहागी एव मृतक बालक रोहित हरिजन पिता अच्छे लाल हरिजन निवासी टङहर के रुप मे हुई जिनके शव का पीएम सीएचसी त्योथर मे डाक्टरो की टीम से कराया गया जिसमे मृत्यु का कारण गला घोटकर होना पाया गया जिस पर थाना मे अपराध क्रमाक 224/2023 धारा 302 ताहि कायम कर विवेचना मे लिया गया इस दौरान संदेहियो के बारे मे घटना स्थल के आस पास के लोगो से एव सायबर सेल रीवा की मदद से संदेही कमलेश हरिजन पिता महावीर हरिजन उम्र 28 वर्ष निवासी ग्राम रायपुर जंगल थाना सोहागी के व्दारा हत्या करने की सम्भावना पाई गई जोकि मृतक महिला का देवर ही था जिसे पुलिस अभिरक्षा मे लेकर पूछताँछ की गई पहले तो आरोपी इधर उधर पुलिस को गुमराह करता रहा लेकिन सायबर सेल के दिये गये तथ्यो के आधार पर आरोपी टूट गया और अपना जुर्म कबूल करते हुए बताया कि मेरी शादी लगभग 09 वर्ष पहले हुई थी मेरी दो बच्चे थे लगभग 05 वर्ष पहले मेरी पत्नी अपने बच्चे लेकर मायके चली गई है और मेरी भाभी अनीता हरिजन के पति अच्छे लाल लगभग 04 वर्ष पहले बिना बताये कही चले गये है ।उसके दो लङके व दो लङकिया है दो वर्ष पहले मेरा सम्पर्क अनीता भाभी से हुआ और मै उन्हे चाहने लगा तथा अपनी पत्नी बनाकर रखना चाहता था लेकिन अनीता इस बात से राजी नही हो रही थी और मुझे संका थी कि अनीता अन्य किसी से सम्बन्ध रखती इसलिए मैंने अनीता को मोबाइल से फोन करके कौशलेश व्दिवेदी के खङहर कालेज मे मिलने के लिये बुलाया और सुनसान जगह उसकी हत्या कर दी एव लङका कही किसी से बता न दे इसलिये उसकी भी हत्या कर दी ।
हत्यारा देवर ही निकला पुलिस ने उसका नाम कमलेश हरिजन पिता महावीर हरिजन उम्र 28 वर्ष निवासी ग्राम रायपुर जंगल थाना सोहागी जिला रीवा म.प्र. बताया है इस कार्रवाई में

Police revealed the double murder in 48 hours. Brother-in-law’s lover killed his girlfriend and her son by strangulation

Police took swift action after finding the dead body of mother and son in the roof of the college and arrested the culprit within 48 hours. Succeeded in in-charge Gokulanand Pandey, Chowki in-charge Upniri. Revealed the double murder blind murder along with Sanjeev Sharma

On May 26, outpost in-charge Deputy Sanjeev Sharma received a mobile phone information that the bodies of an unknown woman aged about 35 years and a boy of 7-8 years have been seen on the roof of Kaushlesh Vdivedi’s ruined college in village Sonvarsha. On the information, outpost in-charge Sanjeev Sharma, police station in-charge Gokulanand Pandey, sub-divisional police officer Samarjit Singh Parihar immediately reached the scene of the incident, after closely inspecting the scene, the body was taken into custody by the police, setting up a march on the spot and conducting panchnama in the presence of the people present. The dead body was sent to the Community Health Center for post-mortem and the police gathered to identify it. The first priority of the police was to identify the unknown dead body and the identity of the deceased child and the cause of death, the police While investigating rapidly, the woman and her child were identified and the unknown deceased was identified as Anita Harijan husband, resident of Tanghar police station, Achhe Lal Harijan, Sohagi and the deceased boy, Rohit Harijan, father of Achhe Lal Harijan, resident of Tanhar, whose body was sent to the doctors at PM CHC Tyothar. In which the cause of death was found to be strangulation, on which crime number 224/2023 Section 302 was established in the police station and taken into consideration. With the help of the suspect Kamlesh Harijan father Mahavir Harijan age 28 years resident of village Raipur Jungle Police Station Sohagi was found to be the brother-in-law of the deceased woman who was taken into police custody and questioned. Earlier, the accused used to mislead the police here and there. But on the basis of the facts given by the cyber cell, the accused broke down and confessed his crime and told that I was married about 09 years ago, I had two children. Anita Harijan’s husband Achhe Lal has gone somewhere without informing about 04 years ago. He has two boys and two girls. Two years ago I came in contact with Anita Bhabhi and I started loving her and wanted to keep her as my wife, but Anita did not agree with this. She was not agreeing and I suspected that Anita was related to someone else, so I called Anita from mobile phone to meet Kaushalesh Vdivedi at Khanhar College and killed her in an isolated place and the boy should not tell anyone. He was also murdered.
The killer turned out to be brother-in-law, the police named him Kamlesh Harijan, father Mahavir Harijan, age 28, resident of village Raipur, Jungle Police Station, Sohagi, District Rewa, M.P. told in this action
