 हिंडनबर्ग मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट से अडानी को राहत 

हिंडनबर्ग मामले में अडानी ग्रुप को राहत मिली है वह भी सुप्रीम कोर्ट की एक्सपर्ट कमेटी से  सुप्रीम कोर्ट पूरे मामले की जांच करा रहा था एक कमेटी बनाकर जिसकी जांच रिपोर्ट में खुलासा हुआ है अडानी ग्रुप के खिलाफ फिलहाल कोई भी ऐसे सबूत नहीं मिले जिससे माना जाए उन्होंने किसी भी तरीके की बाजार से छेड़छाड़ की थी इसे अडानी को लेकर एक राहत भरी खबर मानी जा सकती है सुप्रीम कोर्ट की एक्सपर्ट कमेटी की जारी रिपोर्ट में निकल कर सामने आया है अडानी ग्रुप द्वारा शेयर की कीमत में किसी भी तरीके के मैनिपुलेशन नहीं किए गए इस बात के कोई भी साबुत कमेटी को फिलहाल नहीं मिले हैं सुप्रीम कोर्ट की कमेटी ने सेबी की 4 रिपोर्ट के हवाले से कहा है फिलहाल यह रिपोर्ट सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जमा की गई है एक्सपर्ट कमेटी ने अपनी जांच रिपोर्ट में साफ तौर से कहां है अडानी ग्रुप में स्टॉक एक्सचेंज को सभी जरूरी जानकारी दी थी जो भी स्टॉक एक्सचेंज को चाहिए थी अडानी ग्रुप के सभी कंपनियों के शेयर पहले से ही एडिशनल सर्विलांस की निगरानी में थे सेबी ने भी ईडी को जो रिपोर्ट दी है 

उसमें भी अडानी ग्रुप पर कोई आरोप नहीं है इसे अडानी ग्रुप के लिए एक बड़ी राहत के तौर पर देखा जा रहा है पिछले दिनों अमेरिकन कंपनी हिंडनबर्ग ने अडानी ग्रुप पर कई सनसनीखेज आरोप लगाए थे जिनकी मदद से कंपनी ने अपने शेयरों के भाव में काफी गड़बड़ियां की थी यह अलग बात है अडानी ग्रुप शुरू से ही उसको नकरता  रहा था देश के प्रधान न्यायाधीश डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ की अध्यक्षता वाली पीठ ने सेबी को गौतम अडानी की अगुवाई वाले समूह पर लगे शेयरों के मूल्यों पर जांच करके रिपोर्ट पेश करने को कहा था सर्वोच्च अदालत ने 2 मार्च को गौतम अडानी की अगुवाई वाले समूह द्वारा शेयर मूल्यों में हेराफेरी करने के आरोपों की जांच करने के लिए 6 सदस्यों की एक समिति बनाई थी फिलहाल उच्चतम न्यायालय इस मामले में अभी जांच कर रहा है 11 जुलाई को मामले की आगे की सुनवाई होगी पीठ ने सेबी को अपनी रिपोर्ट सौंपने के लिए 14 अगस्त 2023 तक का समय बढ़ा दिया है फिलहाल अडानी के लिए यह बड़ी राहत वाली खबर है नए साल की शुरुआत में ही इस मुद्दे ने जमकर सुर्खियां बटोरी थी जब राहुल गांधी लगातार इस मुद्दे को उठा रहे थे और संसदीय कमेटी बनाकर जांच की मांग कर रहे थे

Relief to Adani from the Supreme Court in the Hindenburg case 

Adani Group has got relief in the Hindenburg case, that too from the expert committee of the Supreme Court. No such evidence was found that it is believed that he had tampered with the market in any way. This can be considered as a relief news about Adani. It has come out in the report released by the Supreme Court’s Expert Committee, which has been shared by the Adani Group. The committee has not found any evidence that there was no manipulation in the price. Where is it clearly in the investigation report that Adani Group had given all the necessary information to the stock exchange, whatever the stock exchange wanted, the shares of all the companies of Adani Group were already under the supervision of additional surveillance, SEBI also gave the report to ED. There is no allegation on Adani Group in that too, it is being seen as a big relief for Adani Group. 

in the past, American company Hindenburg had made many sensational allegations on Adani Group, with the help of which the company has increased its share price significantly. It is a different matter that the Adani group had been denying it from the beginning. A bench headed by Chief Justice DY Chandrachud had asked SEBI to investigate and submit a report on the values of the shares held by the Gautam Adani-led group. On March 2, the court had formed a 6-member committee to look into the allegations of manipulation of share prices by a group led by Gautam Adani. The matter is currently being probed by the Supreme Court. Further hearing in the matter on July 11. Hogi Peeth has extended the time till August 14, 2023 to submit its report to SEBI. This is a great relief news for Adani at the moment. were living and demanding an inquiry by forming a parliamentary committee
