 मध्यप्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान  9 जून को रीवा जिले के त्योंथर विधानसभा में कोलगढ़ी के जीर्णोद्धार की आधारशिला रखने आ रहे हैं। इसके पूर्व भी अनेको बार आदिवासियों के हित से संबंधित कई घोषणाएं कर चुके हैं। उनमें से एक भी घोषणा पूरी नहीं हुई।

शिवराज सिंह चौहान  को कोलगढ़ी के जीर्णोद्वार के नौटंकी करने के पूर्व यह बताना चाहिए कि रीवा जिले में आदिवासियों के लिए अब तक उन्होंने क्या बड़ा काम किया है। पिछले 20 वर्षों में कोल समाज के कितने बेरोजगारों को रोजगार उपलब्ध कराया है। कोलगढी परिसर पूरा अतिक्रमण की चपेट में मात्र वोट बैंक साधने के लिए यह कार्यक्रम किया जा रहा है। कोलगढ़ी के जीणोद्वार से कोल समाज का हित नहीं होगा, कोल समाज की मजबूती के लिए त्योंथर में रोजगार शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र में काम किया जाना चाहिए था। त्योंथर के अलावा सितलहा लूक भी कोलगढ़ी ही थी यहाँ भी कोल राजा शासक हुआ करते थे जिसके बावत् कोई चर्चा नहीं की जा रही है। इन्हें भी संरक्षित किया जाना चाहिए साथ ही त्योंथर के कोलगढ़ी के अंतिम शासक जिन्होंने 10 वर्षों तक राज किया कोल राजा, नागल की आदमकद स्टेच्यू भी लगाई जानी चाहिए।सतना में गृहमंत्री अमित शाह को यह पता चल गया था कि इस बार जुमले से काम नहीं चलेगा, झूठी घोषणाएं काम नहीं आयेगी। रीवा में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की जनसभा पूरी तरह से फेल हो गई थी. मध्यप्रदेश और विध्य में शिवराज सिंह चौहान और भाजपा को पता चल चुका है कि जमीन खिसक चुकी है। शिवराज सिंह चौहान से कांग्रेस पार्टी कुछ सवाल करना चाहती है जिनके बारे में आप सबको अवगत कराना बेहद जरूरी है।एनसीआरबी के आंकड़े बताते है कि देश में आदिवासियों पर सबसे ज्यादा अत्याचार और क्राइम मध्यप्रदेश में दर्ज हुआ है। सिवनी के कुरई में 2 आदिवासियों की हत्या, विदिशा जिले की लटेरी में वन विभाग के लोगों ने आदिवासी समूह पर हमला किया था, नेमावर में आदिवासी परिवार के पांच सदस्यों की बेरहमी से हत्या की गई थी उनका शव 10 फीट गहरे गड्ढे में मिला था। इंदौर जिले के महू में आदिवासी युवती की हत्या का मामला हो या फिर रीवा जिले के नईगढ़ी थाना अंतर्गत मुद्रिका आदिवासी जिनकी 7 जनवरी 2023 हत्या कर दी गई और इस मसले पर पुलिस की कार्यप्रणाली पर भी सवाल खड़े हो रहे हैं सरकार और पुलिस मौन हैं। यह है शिवराज सिंह के नेतृत्व वाली सरकार की कथनी और करनी। आंकड़े गवाही दे रहे हैं कि मध्य प्रदेश के आदिवासियों के साथ अत्याचार हो रहा है। शिवराज सिंह सरकार पिछले 20 वर्ष से बन भूमि में बसे आदिवासियों को पट्टा देने की बात कर रही है और इस बावत कानून भी बनाया गया है लेकिन रीवा जिले में अभी तक आदिवासियों को पट्टा नहीं दिया गया। वर्श 2018 के चुनाव के पूर्व आदिवासियों को भारी संख्या में पट्टे बांटे गए जो बाद में फर्जी निकले। आज तक किसे को कब्जा नहीं प्राप्त हुआ। इसीतरह से बन भूमि के अलावा भी प्रत्येक ग्राम पंचायत स्तर पर भूमिहीन आदिवासियों को पट्टा दिया जाना था वह भी नहीं दिया गया। आवास योजना के अंतर्गत आज सरिया, सीमेंट, बालू, गिट्टी सबकी मंहगाई 2 से 3 गुना तक बढ़ गई है इस कारण से कोई घर भी नहीं बन पा रहे हैं। पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री डॉ. मनमोहन सिंह द्वारा बनाए गए कानून भोजन के अधिकार के अंतर्गत आदिवासियों, गरीबों को जो खाद्यान्न दिया जाता है भाजपा की सरकार उसमें मोदी और शिवराज सिंह की फोटो लगाकर ठगने का काम कर रही है। 2010-11 में मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने

घोषणा की थी की डभौरा में कोल समाज के लिए एक भवन बनाया जाएगा और यह भवन कोल विकास प्राधिकरण बनाएगा और यह भी झूठी घोषणा साबित हुई आज तक वहां कोई भवन नहीं बन पाया।6 साल पहले घोषणा की थी कि त्योंथर के पूर्वांचल क्षेत्र में आईटीआई कालेज खोला जाएगा ताकि बच्चे ट्रेनिंग ले सके और रोजगार की दिशा में बढ़ सके। आज तक उसके लिए कोई पहल नहीं की गई यह झूठे वादे और झूठी घोषणाओं वाली सरकार शिवराज सरकार है।100 बिस्तर के अस्पताल की स्वीकृति 1993 से 1998 के दौरान हुई थी 2003 के बाद जब भाजपा की सरकार बनी आज तक इस पर अमल नहीं किया गया। स्वयं मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान 100 विस्तर के अस्पताल की कई बार घोषणा कर चुके लेकिन आज तक यह बन नहीं पाया। मुख्यमंत्री ने घोषणा की थी कि त्योंथर विधानसभा अंतर्गत घूमा में औद्योगिक क्षेत्र स्थापित होगा जमीनेंअधिग्रहित होंगी, बड़े-बड़े उद्योग लगेंगे, इन्वेस्टर आयेंगे स्थिति देखिए जस की तस है यहां भी घोषणावीर घोषणा करके भूल गए।तराई क्षेत्र के त्योंथर का किसान सबसे ज्यादा ऐरा प्रथा से परेशान है। लगातार इसको लेकर किसान शिकायत करते रहे आंदोलन करते रहे लेकिन कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई किसान की फसल चौपट हो रही। कमलनाथ जी के नेतृत्व वाली जब 2018 में सरकार बनी तब गौशाला बनाने का जो संकल्प था उसकी शुरुआत हुई लेकिन छल कपट से जब सरकार गिराई गई उसके बाद गौशालाओं का निर्माण भी रुक गया। आज त्योंथर क्षेत्र का किसान सबसे अधिक परेशान ।

The Jinodwar of Kolgarhi will not benefit the Kol Samaj, for the strength of the Kol Samaj, work should have been done in the field of employment, education and health in Tyonthar. Apart from Tyonthar, Sitalha Luk was also Kolgarhi, here also Kol Raja used to be the ruler, about which no discussion is being done. These are the words and actions of the government led by Shivraj Singh. Statistics are testifying that atrocities are being committed against the tribals of Madhya Pradesh. In 2010-11, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had announced that a building would be built for the coal community in Dabhaura and this building would be built by the Coal Development Authority and this also proved to be a false announcement, till date no building could be built there. Announcement 6 years ago It was said that ITI college will be opened in Purvanchal area of Tyonthar so that children can take training and move towards employment. Till date no initiative has been taken for it, this is Shivraj government with false promises and false declarations. Approval of 100 bed hospital was done during 1993 to 1998, after 2003 when BJP government was formed, it has not been implemented till date . Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan himself has announced 100-bed hospital many times, but it has not been built till date. The Chief Minister had announced that an industrial area would be set up in Ghuma under Teonthar assembly, lands would be acquired, big industries would be set up, investors would come, see the situation is as it is. troubled by Farmers kept complaining about this continuously, kept agitating, but no hearing was held, the crop of the farmer is getting destroyed. When the government led by Kamal Nath was formed in 2018, the resolution to build cow shelters was started, but after the government was toppled by deceit, the construction of cow shelters also stopped. Today the farmer of Tyonthar area is most troubled.
