Rewa Today News : सीएम हेल्पलाइन में डी ग्रेड में रहने पर होगी कार्यवाही – कलेक्टर

रीवा 17 जुलाई को कलेक्टर श्रीमती प्रतिभा पाल ने कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में आयोजित बैठक में सीएम हेल्पलाइन प्रकरणों के निराकरण की विभागवार समीक्षा की। कलेक्टर ने कहा कि कई बार निर्देश देने के बावजूद अभी भी कई विभाग सीएम हेल्पलाइन में ग्रेडिंग में सुधार नहीं कर रहे हैं। महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग, श्रम विभाग, राजस्व विभाग, ग्रामीण विकास विभाग, लोक स्वास्थ्य अभियांत्रिकी विभाग तथा अन्य कई विभाग डी ग्रेड मैं मौजूद हैं। जून माह के आवेदन पत्रों का दो दिवस में निराकरण कर ग्रेडिंग में सुधार करें। जनपद के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी ग्रामीण विकास विभाग के साथ-साथ श्रम विभाग तथा सामाजिक न्याय विभाग के आवेदनों का भी निराकरण करें। जिले की ग्रेडिंग में डी ग्रेड पर रहने वाले विभागों के अधिकारियों पर कड़ी कार्यवाही की जाएगी। कलेक्टर ने कहा कि जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग, लाड़ली बहना योजना तथा प्रधानमंत्री मातृ वंदना योजना के आवेदन प्राथमिकता से निराकृत करें। वीडियो कान्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से अधीनस्थों को इस संबंध में निर्देश दें। अब तक जून माह की 1226 शिकायतें महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग, 974 ऊर्जा विभाग, 947 पीएचई, 652 ग्रामीण विकास विभाग, 409 जल संसाधन विभाग, 469 वित्त विभाग, 311 स्वास्थ्य विभाग, में लंबित हैं। इनका दो दिवस में निराकरण सुनिश्चित करें। समाधान ऑनलाइन के एजेण्डा बिन्दुओं पर भी अभी 518 आवेदन पत्र लंबित हैं। संबंधित अधिकारी इन पर तत्परता से कार्यवाही करके प्रतिवेदन ऑनलाइन दर्ज कराएं। मुख्यमंत्री जी स्वयं इसकी समीक्षा करते हैं। सीएम हेल्पलाइन के प्रकरणों का दैनिक लक्ष्य निर्धारित करके उसके अनुरूप निराकरण कराएं।

कलेक्टर ने स्कूल चलें हम अभियान तथा विकास पर्व के संबंध में भी अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए। बैठक में आयुक्त नगर निगम श्रीमती संस्कृति जैन, जिला पंचायत के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी डॉ सौरभ सोनवणे, संयुक्त कलेक्टर संजीव पाण्डेय सभी एसडीएम तथा संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

Rewa Today News : Action will be taken on staying in D grade in CM Helpline – Collector

On July 17, Collector Mrs. Pratibha Pal reviewed department-wise resolution of CM helpline cases in the meeting held at Collectorate Auditorium. The Collector said that despite giving instructions many times, still many departments are not improving the grading in the CM Helpline. Women and Child Development Department, Labor Department, Revenue Department, Rural Development Department, Public Health Engineering Department and many other departments are present in D grade. Improve grading by resolving applications for the month of June in two days. Along with the Chief Executive Officer of the district, the applications of the Rural Development Department as well as the Labor Department and the Social Justice Department should also be resolved. Strict action will be taken against the officers of the departments who are on D grade in the grading of the district.
The Collector said that the District Program Officer should resolve the applications of Women and Child Development Department, Ladli Bahna Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana on priority. Instruct subordinates in this regard through video conferencing. So far, 1226 complaints are pending in Women and Child Development Department, 974 Energy Department, 947 PHE, 652 Rural Development Department, 409 Water Resources Department, 469 Finance Department, 311 Health Department for the month of June. Make sure to resolve them in two days. There are still 518 applications pending on the agenda points of Samadhan Online. The concerned officers should take immediate action on these and register the report online. The Chief Minister himself reviews it. Fix the daily target of CM Helpline cases and get them resolved accordingly.
The Collector also gave instructions to the officials regarding School Chalen Hum Abhiyan and Vikas Parv. Commissioner Municipal Corporation Smt. Sanskriti Jain, Chief Executive Officer of District Panchayat Dr. Saurabh Sonawane, Joint Collector Sanjeev Pandey, all SDMs and concerned officers were present in the meeting.
