रीवा के टीआरएस कॉलेज में 27 जून को विश्व सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम दिवस के अवसर परसमाज कार्य विभाग द्वारा समाज कार्य और रोजगार विषय पर आयोजित किया गया सेमिनार विषय विशेषज्ञ डॉ शुक्ला ने कहा समाज कार्य का ज्ञान विद्यार्थियों को रोजगार दिलाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है हम सब मिलकर एक मजबूत भविष्य का निर्माण कर सकते हैं….. आजादी के अमृत महोत्सव के कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत शासकीय ठाकुर रणमत सिंह महाविद्यालय रीवा के समाज कार्य विभाग में विश्व सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम दिवस पर प्राचार्य डॉ. अर्पिता अवस्थी के निर्देशन में समाज कार्य और रोजगार विषय पर सेमिनार का आयोजन किया गया।

सेमिनार की मुख्य वक्ता डॉ. रचना श्रीवास्तव विभागाध्यक्ष समाजशास्त्र विभाग शाासकीय कन्या महाविद्यालय रीवा तथा संयोजक डॉ. अखिलेश शुक्ल विभागाध्यक्ष समाज कार्य विभाग थे। डॉ. रचना श्रीवास्तव ने अपने उद्बोधन में कहा कि पूरे विश्व में 27 जून को विश्व सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम दिवस मनाया जाता है। आज इस विशेष अवसर पर समाज कार्य और रोजगार विषय पर यह सेमिनार आयोजित किया गया है। वास्तव में समाज कार्य शब्द में में ही मानव के सेवाभाव का तत्व अंतर्निहित है। वर्तमान समय में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय और राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर हर जगह स्वयंसेवी संगठनों के माध्यम से ही सभी योजनाओं का क्रियान्वयन करने के प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं और ऐसी स्थिति में समाज कार्य विषय में रोजगार की संभावनाएं अपने आप बढ़ जाती हैं। इस विषय के अध्ययन से निश्चित रूप से विद्यार्थी समाज सेवा के साथ-साथ अपना उद्यम स्थापित कर देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूत करने में सहायता प्रदान कर सकते हैं। संयोजक डॉ. अखिलेश शुक्ल ने संगोष्ठी के उद्देश्यो बताते हुए कहा कि इस सेमिनार का आयोजन इसलिए किया गया क्योंकि आज आवश्यकता इस बात की है कि हम अपने विद्यार्थियों को सैद्धांतिक ज्ञान के साथ-साथ व्यावहारिक अध्ययन भी कराएं ताकि वह रोजगार और स्वरोजगार की दिशा में अपने आप को स्थापित कर सकें। समाज कार्य का ज्ञान विद्यार्थियों को रोजगार, उद्यम स्थापित करने या अपना स्वयंसेवी संगठन बनाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका का निर्वाह करता है। वर्तमान समय में यदि युवाओं में लीक से से हटकर कुछ करने की चाह है तो सामाजिक कार्य में कॅरियर के अवसर हैं। पूरे वैश्विक परिवेश में ऐसे समाज सेवकों की जरूरत है जो जागरूक हो और जिनमें निःस्वार्थ सेवा करने की भावना हो। समाज कार्य की अवधारणा में व्यापक परिवर्तन आया है। यह कार्य केवल दया या परोपकार की भावना से ही नहीं जुड़ा है, बल्कि रोजगार के रूप में भी युवाओं को बहुत आकर्षित कर रहा है। जिन युवाओं की रुचि कॅरियर के साथ-साथ समाजसेवा भी है। विश्व सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम दिवस के इस वर्ष का विषय एक साथ मिलकर एक मजबूत भविष्य का निर्माण है। निश्चित रूप से हम सब एक साथ मिलकर एक मजबूत भविष्य और सशक्त समाज का निर्माण कर सकते हैं। संगोष्ठी में स्वप्निल द्विवेदी,शचि शुक्ला, सुभाष यादव, कोमल द्विवेदी, प्रिया चौधरी आदि शोध पत्र का वाचन किया। संचालन एम.एस.डब्ल्यू. द्वितीय सेमेस्टर के छात्र अर्जुन कुमार मिश्रा तथा आभार प्रदर्शन रागिनी पाण्डेय के द्वारा किया गया। सेमीनार के सफल संचालन में डॉ. गुंजन सिंह, डॉ. शिवबिहारी कुशवाहा एवं डॉ. प्रियंका तिवारी की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रही।
