घर के अन्दर घुस कर मोवाईल चोरी करने वाले शातिर आरोपी को शाहपुर पुलिस ने किया गिरफ्तार

क्या है मामला 28 सितंबर को शिकायतकर्ता राकेश कुमार मिश्रा पिता विद्याकान्त मिश्रा उम्र 45 साल निवासी धरमपुरा शिकायतकर्ता संदीप कुशवाहा पिता राम निवास कुशवाहा उम्र 18 साल निवासी माजन मानिकराम थाना शाहपुर जिला मऊगंज ने चौकी खटखरी मैं पहुंच कर इस मामले में रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई की संदेही अभय उर्फ सोनू मिश्रा पिता सत्यप्रकाश मिश्रा उम्र 19 साल निवासी धरमपुरा थाना शाहपुर के द्वारा 27,28. सितंबर की रात को उसके घऱ मे घुस कर मोवाईल फोन चोरी कर लिया है

जिसकी रिपोर्ट पर अपराध धारा 380 ता.हि. का प्रकरण पंजीबद्ध कर चौकी प्रभारी स्टाफ के द्वारा तत्काल कार्यवाही कर संदेही का पता तलाश हेतु अलग-अलग स्थानो पर दबिश दी गयी । संदेही अभय उर्फ सोनू मिश्रा पिता सत्यप्रकाश मिश्रा उम्र 19 साल निवासी धरमपुरा थाना शाहपुर को 24 घंटे के अन्दर घेरा बंदी कर चोरी गये गये दो नग मोबाईल फोन एवं एक अदद मोटर सायकल आरोपी के कब्जे से जप्त कर आरोपी को गिरफ्तार किया गया आरोपी के पास से1- एक अदद VIVO कम्पनी का मोवाईल कीमती 12500 रूपये
2- एक अदद MI कम्पनी का मोवाईल कीमती 10000 रूपये ,
3-एक अदद T.V.S कम्पनी की मोटर सायकल कीमती 60000 रूपये कुल कीमती-82500/रूपये का सामान बरामद करने में पुलिस को सफलता मिली है

alias Sonu Mishra father Satyaprakash Mishra age 19 years resident of Dharampura police station Shahpur 27,28. On the night of September, a mobile phone was stolen by breaking into his house, on the report of which a crime under section 380 H.I. After registering the case, the outpost in-charge staff took immediate action and raided different places to find out the whereabouts of the suspect. Suspect Abhay alias Sonu Mishra, father Satyaprakash Mishra, age 19 years, resident of Dharampura police station Shahpur, was surrounded within 24 hours.

Two mobile phones and one motorcycle were stolen from the possession of the accused and the accused was arrested. 1 – One mobile phone of VIVO company worth Rs 12500
2- One mobile phone of MI company worth Rs 10000,
3- Police has succeeded in recovering one motorcycle of T.V.S company worth Rs. 60000 and total goods worth Rs. 82500/-.
