कलेक्टर श्रीमती प्रतिभा पाल द्वारा गत दिनों सड़क सुरक्षा समिति की बैठक में दिए निर्देशों के पालन में आज जिला प्रशासन की राजस्व,पुलिस,नगर निगम,यातायात,परिवहन और खनिज विभाग की संयुक्त टीम ने रतहरा और रिंग रोड में ईंट और रेत के वाहनों को ग्राम कोष्टा में स्थान चिन्हांकित कर शिफ्ट कराया गया। रिंग रोड और रतहरा पुल के नीचे ईंट के ट्रको से आए दिन जाम की स्थिति निर्मित होती थी और दुर्घटना होने की संभावना बनी रहती थी। जिला प्रशासन द्वारा नई रेत मंडी ग्राम कोष्टा में चिन्हांकित कराई गई है साथ ही दोबारा वाहन खड़ा करने पर कड़ी कार्यवाही करने की समझाइश दी गई । नए स्थान पर शिफ्टिंग से व्यवस्थित कारोबार और आवागमन में सुगमता होगी। माना जा सकता है ईट और रेत मंडी एक जगह पर होने में शहर के बाहर होने पर शहर के अंदर का आवागमन तो दुरुस्त होगा ही वहीं दूसरी ओर ईट और रेत खरीदने वाले  एक ही जगह जाकर आसानी से ईट और रेत खरीद सकेंगे शहर को जाम से छुटकारा मिलेगा शहर के बाहर ईट और रेत की व्यवस्थित मंडी बन जाएगी जो आज की तारीख की शहर की सबसे बड़ी जरूरत है

In compliance to the instructions given by the Collector Smt. The place was identified and shifted in village Kosta. Brick trucks under the Ring Road and Rathara bridge used to create traffic jams on a daily basis and there was a possibility of an accident. The new sand market has been identified by the district administration in village Kosta, along with it advice was given to take strict action against parking the vehicle again. Shifting to the new location will facilitate orderly business and ease of movement. It can be believed that if the brick and sand market is at one place, if it is outside the city, then the traffic inside the city will be fine, on the other hand, the people who buy bricks and sand will be able to buy bricks and sand easily by going to the same place to save the city from jam. Will get rid of it, there will be a systematic market of bricks and sand outside the city, which is the biggest need of the city today
