 सीमांकन का विशेष अभियान चलेगा 20 मई को जानिए कैसे और क्या है फायदा

 जिले में निजी भूमि स्वामियों के सीमांकन का महाअभियान 20 मई को चलाया जायेगा। कलेक्टर श्रीमती प्रतिभा पाल के निर्देश पर एक ही दिन में एक हजार से अधिक सीमांकन का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। इस संबंध में अपर कलेक्टर नीलमणि अग्निहोत्री ने बताया कि जनसुनवाई तथा सीएम हेल्पलाइन में सीमांकन के लगातार आवेदन प्राप्त हो रहे हैं। मुख्यमंत्री जनसेवा अभियान के तहत सीमांकन के लंबित सभी आवेदन पत्रों के निराकरण का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। इसके लिए 20 मई को विशेष प्रयास किये जायेंगे। सीमांकन के लिए 400 पटवारियों को तैनात किया गया है।

इसके साथ-साथ एसडीएम तहसीलदार, नायब तहसीलदार और राजस्व निरीक्षक भी सीमांकन की मानीटरिंग करेंगे। सीमांकन के लिए 8 जिला स्तरीय विशेष सीमांकन दल भी तैनात किये गये हैं।  सीमांकन के महाअभियान में 20 मई को तहसील त्योंथर में 120, जवा में 130 तथा मऊगंज में 180 सीमांकन के प्रकरण निराकृत करने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। इसी दिन तहसील नईगढ़ी में 80, सिरमौर में 140, सेमरिया में 90, हनुमना में 130, रायपुर कर्चुलियान में 100, तहसील गुढ़ में 101 तथा तहसील हुजूर में 198 सीमांकन का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। अभियान को सफल बनाने के लिए युद्ध स्तर पर तैयारियां की जा रही है। लंबित प्रकरणों के आवेदकों को सूचना की तमीली करायी जा रही है। इस महाअभियान के बाद लंबित राजस्व प्रकरणों तथा सीएम हेल्पलाइन प्रकरणों की संख्या में कमी आयेंगी। सभी तहसीलदार सीमांकन कराके खसरे में उसे दर्ज करायें साथ ही आरसीएमएस पोर्टल पर भी ऑनलाइन निराकरण दर्ज करायें

A grand campaign for demarcation of private land owners in the district will be launched on May 20. On the instructions of Collector Mrs. Pratibha Pal, a target of more than one thousand demarcation has been set in a single day. In this regard, Additional Collector Neelmani Agnihotri said that applications for demarcation are being received continuously in public hearing and CM helpline. Efforts are being made to resolve all pending applications for demarcation under Chief Minister’s public service campaign. Special efforts will be made for this on May 20. 400 Patwaris have been deployed for demarcation. Along with this, SDM Tehsildar, Naib Tehsildar and Revenue Inspector will also monitor the demarcation. 

Eight district level special demarcation teams have also been deployed for demarcation. In the grand demarcation campaign, on May 20, a target has been set to settle 120 demarcation cases in Tehsil Teonthar, 130 in Jawa and 180 in Mauganj. On the same day, a target has been set for 80 demarcations in Tehsil Naigarhi, 140 in Sirmaur, 90 in Semaria, 130 in Hanumana, 100 in Raipur Karchulian, 101 in Tehsil Gudh and 198 in Tehsil Huzur. To make the campaign a success, preparations are being made on a war footing. Information is being served to the applicants of pending cases. After this campaign, there will be reduction in the number of pending revenue cases and CM helpline cases. All the tehsildars should get the demarcation done and register it in Khasra, as well as register online redressal on RCMS portal.
