Rewa Today : ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में आदर्श आचरण संहिता का कठोरता से पालन कराया जाएगा

Rewa Today Desk : निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा विधानसभा निर्वाचन कार्यक्रम की घोषणा के साथ ही संपूर्ण जिले में निर्वाचन की आदर्श आचरण संहिता लागू हो गई है। कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्रीमती प्रतिभा पाल ने जिला पंचायत के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी को आदर्श आचरण संहिता का ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में कठोरता से पालन कराने के निर्देश दिए हैं। कलेक्टर ने कहा है कि निर्वाचन की प्रक्रिया पूरा होने तक जिला पंचायत, जनपद पंचायत तथा ग्राम पंचायत के अधिकारियों, कर्मचारियों एवं पदाधिकारियों पर आदर्श आचरण संहिता लागू रहेगी। कोई भी अधिकारी तथा कर्मचारी इस अवधि में राजनैतिक गतिविधि में किसी भी रूप में शामिल नहीं होगा। पंचायत के अधीन अधिकारियों-कर्मचारियों की नियुक्ति और स्थानांतरण पर पूरी तरह से रोक रहेगी। पंचायत क्षेत्र में किसी भी तरह के नए भवन निर्माण अथवा मौजूदा भवन में परिवर्तन की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।

कलेक्टर ने कहा है कि आदर्श आचरण संहिता लागू होने की अवधि में पंचायत क्षेत्र में किसी भी प्रकार के व्यवासायिक गतिविधि के लिए लाइसेंस अथवा अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। किसी भी योजना के तहत नए निर्माण कार्य शुरू नहीं किए जाएंगे। पूर्व से संचालित निर्माण कार्यों में किसी तरह की रोक नहीं रहेगी। पूर्व से स्वीकृत कार्य यदि आदर्श आचरण संहिता लागू होने के समय तक प्रारंभ नहीं हुआ है तो उसे प्रारंभ करने की अनुमति नहीं होगी। किसी भी तरह का लोकार्पण तथा शिलान्यास इस अवधि में नहीं होगा। किसी भी संगठन या संस्था को ग्राम पंचायत कोई सहायता या अनुदान राशि जारी नहीं करेंगे। पंचायत के खर्च पर ऐसा कोई विज्ञापन या पंपलेट जारी नहीं किया जाएगा जिसमें पंचायत की उपलब्धियों का प्रचार-प्रसार हो। किसी भी हितग्राही मूलक योजना में नवीन हितग्राही का चयन इस अवधि में नहीं होगा। कलेक्टर ने कहा है कि जनपद के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी आदर्श आचरण संहिता का कठोरता से पालन करें

The Model Code of Conduct for elections has been implemented in the entire district. Collector and District Election Officer Mrs. Pratibha Pal has instructed the Chief Executive Officer of the District Panchayat to strictly follow the Model Code of Conduct in rural areas. The Collector has said that till the completion of the election process, the Model Code of Conduct will remain applicable to the officers, employees and officials of District Panchayat, District Panchayat and Gram Panchayat. No officer or employee will be involved in any form of political activity during this period. There will be a complete ban on appointment and transfer of officers and employees under the Panchayat. No construction of any new building or alteration in the existing building will be allowed in the Panchayat area.

New construction work will not be started under any scheme. There will be no stoppage in the already ongoing construction works. If the previously approved work has not started by the time the Model Code of Conduct comes into force, it will not be allowed to start. No inauguration or foundation stone laying will take place during this period. Gram Panchayat will not release any assistance or grant amount to any organization or institution. No such advertisement or pamphlet will be issued at the expense of the Panchayat which promotes the achievements of the Panchayat. No new beneficiaries will be selected in any beneficiary oriented scheme during this period.
