 हेडगेवार मोहल्ले के लोगों को उनके मकान का मिला मालिकाना हक जानिए कैसे 

जनसेवा अभियान के तहत इन दिनों लोगों की समस्याओं का तेजी से निपटारा किया जा रहा है जिसके चलते आज कई मोहल्ला वासियों को मिला उनके मकान का मालिकाना हक पूर्व मंत्री एवं रीवा विधायक  राजेन्द्र शुक्ल एवं कलेक्टर के प्रयासों से सुधारन्यास की जमीन का नगर निगम में हुआ हस्तांतरण रीवा सुधारने आपने किसी जमाने में मकान तो बना दिए थे लेकिन मकान नगर निगम को ट्रांसफर नहीं हुए थे नगर सुधार न्यास खत्म हो गया मोहल्ले वासी परेशान थे रीवा शहर के हेडगेवार मोहल्ले के निवासियों ने आज राहत की सांस ली जब उनके मकान एवं प्लाट का नगर निगम में हस्तांतरण हुआ। हेडगेवार नगर के खसरा नंबर 390/2 एवं खसरा नंबर 455/2 की जमीन पूर्व में रीवा सुधारन्यास की जमीन थी जिसका खसरा सुधार कर रीवा नगर पालिक निगम ने हस्तांतरण किया गया जिससे मोहल्ले के 60 से अधिक लोगों को राहत मिली। यह सब संभव हुआ पूर्व मंत्री एवं रीवा विधायक  राजेन्द्र शुक्ला के प्रयासों से।

उल्लेखनीय है कि वर्ष 1994 में रीवा सुधारन्यास का नगर पालिक निगम में विलीनीकरण हुआ और जिन मोहल्ला वासियों ने सुधारन्यास से जमीन व मकान खरीदे थे उनका खसरा सुधार नहीं हुआ और वह परेशान थे क्योंकि उनके जमीन व प्लाट का वास्तविक मालिकाना हक नहीं था। उनकी पीड़ा को रीवा विधायक श्री शुक्ल ने महसूस किया और शासन स्तर से नवीन नीति बनवाकर सुधारन्यास की जमीन व मकान का नगर पालिक निगम में हस्तांतरण की प्रक्रिया शुरू करवायी। मुख्यमंत्री जनसेवा अभियान में कलेक्टर श्रीमती प्रतिभा पाल के मार्गदर्शन में एसडीएम अनुराग तिवारी के निर्देश पर तहसीलदार हुजूर शिवशंकर शुक्ला ने हेडगेवार नगर के खसरे में सुधार करते हुए उसे नगर पालिक निगम रीवा में हस्तांतरित किया। शहर के अन्य सुधारन्यास की जमीन व मकान का हस्तांतरण नगर पालिक निगम रीवा किये जाने की प्रक्रिया प्रचलन में है जिसका लाभ शहर के लगभग 6 हजार लोगों को मिलेगा और वह राहत की सांस ले पायेंगे

 know how these days the problems of the people are being resolved rapidly under the public service campaign, due to which today many residents of the locality got the ownership rights of their houses.

Due to the efforts of former minister and Rewa MLA Rajendra Shukla and the Collector, the land of the reform trust was transferred to the Municipal Corporation. To improve Rewa, you had built houses at one time, but the houses were not transferred to the Municipal Corporation. The residents of Hedgewar locality of Rewa city heaved a sigh of relief today when their house and plot were transferred to the Municipal Corporation. The land of Khasra No. 390/2 and Khasra No. 455/2 of Hedgewar Nagar was earlier the land of Rewa Reform Trust, which was transferred by Rewa Municipal Corporation after improving the measles, which brought relief to more than 60 people of the locality. All this became possible due to the efforts of former minister and Rewa MLA Rajendra Shukla

It is worth mentioning that in the year 1994 Rewa Reform Trust was merged with the Municipal Corporation and the people of the locality who had bought land and houses from the Reform Trust did not get improvement in their khasra and were upset because they did not have the actual ownership of the land and plot. His pain was felt by Rewa MLA Mr. Shukla and by making a new policy from the government level, he started the process of transfer of the land and house of Sudharnyas to the Municipal Corporation. Tehsildar Huzur Shivshankar Shukla, on the instructions of SDM Anurag Tiwari, under the guidance of collector Mrs. Pratibha Pal in Chief Minister’s public service campaign, improved the measles of Hedgewar Nagar and transferred it to Municipal Corporation Rewa. The process of transfer of land and houses of other reforms of the city to Municipal Corporation Rewa is in vogue, which will benefit about 6 thousand people of the city and they will be able to breathe a sigh of relief.
