मऊगंज जिले के शिव नगरी देवतालाब में कांग्रेस सेवा दल के प्रदेश महासचिव एवं शिक्षाविद डॉ से तिवारी के नेतृत्व में कांग्रेस की महापरिवर्तन शंखनाद एवं संकल्प महासभा का विशाल आयोजन संम्ययक अभियान के प्रमुख भास्कर राव रोकड़े की मुख्य अतिथि में किया गया। कार्यक्रम के आयोजक क्षेत्रीय समाजसेवी व कांग्रेस पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता एवं शिक्षाविद डॉ यसयस तिवारी ने सभी का सम्मान करते हुए कहा कि आज यह विधानसभा क्षेत्र काफी पिछड़ा हुआ है अब आवश्यकता है अगर भ्रष्टाचार कमीशन महंगाई और लूटने वाली सरकार से मुक्त चाहते हैं तो बड़ा अवसर आ रहा है और इस अवसर पर सभी एकजुट होकर अपने बच्चों के रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने के लिए समस्या का निदान पाने हेतु सरकार को बदलना आवश्यक है

सब मिलकर सोचिए और बीस साल से भाजपा ने किसका विकास किया है और गरीब आज भी वही है तो आखिर विकास किसका हुआ है सब जानते हैं यहां भष्टाचार अपराध से मुक्त पाने के लिए इस बार परिवर्तन आवश्यक है सभी जनों का आभार व्यक्त किया।इस अवसर पर सभी जनों का सम्मान जनेऊ धारण कर किया। इस अवसर पर कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता राज्य सभा सांसद राजमणि पटेल ने भाजपा को सत्ता से बाहर निकालने के लिए इतनी बड़ी संख्या में लोगों का हूजूम ही काफी है यही से ही परिवर्तन की चर्चा चालू हो गई है, इस दौरान भास्कर राव रोकड़े ने परिवर्तन ही विकास संभव है अब यहां की भीड़ से आगाज़ दिख रहा है।
