रीवा में एक लाख रुपए का जुर्माना 10 वर्ष का सश्रम कारावास
रीवा मैं नशीली कफ सिरप के तस्कर को न्यायालय ने दोषी मानते हुए 10 साल की सजा ₹1 लाख रुपए जुर्माने से दंडित किया है दो आरोपी थे एक को सजा हो गई एक अभी तक फरार है 8 साल पुराने मामले में कफ सिरप के तस्कर को सश्रम कारावास व अर्थदंड की सजा से दंडित किया है। अर्थदंड जमा न करने पर आरोपी को अतिरिक्त कारावास की सजा भुगतनी पड़ेगी। फैसला विशेष न्यायाधीश एनडीपीएस एक्ट के न्यायालय मैं सुनाया गया है ।हम आपको बता दे पूरा मामला क्या है
12 सितंबर 2015 को चोरहटा पुलिस को मुखबिर से सूचना मिली थी कि अमवां गांव निवासी कुलदीप कुशवाहा अपने वाहन से दुआरी गांव निवासी मनोज शुक्ला को नशीली सिरप सप्लाई करने जा रहा है। पुलिस ने घेराबंदी कर चार पहिया वाहन को पकड़ लिया उसमें दो आरोपी सवार थे। आरोपी कुलदीप पिता मुंशी कुशवाहा निवासी अमवां व मनोज शुक्ला पिता रामनरेश शुक्ला निवासी दुआरी थाना चोरहटा को हिरासत में लेकर पुलिस ने वाहन की तलाशी ली तो 98 शीशी नशीली सिरप मिली। आरोपियों के खिलाफ एनडीपीएस एक्ट के तहत प्रकरण पंजीबद्ध कर पुलिस ने साक्ष्यों का वैज्ञानिक परीक्षण करवाया। जांच पूरी होने के बाद चालान न्यायालय के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया। सुनवाई के दौरान विशेष न्यायाधीश केशव सिंह ने दोनों पक्षों की दलीलों को सुना। शासन की ओर से लोक अभियोजक शशि तिवारी ने पैरवी करते हुए आरोपियों कड़ी सजा देने की मांग की। न्यायालय ने आरोपी मनोज शुक्ला को दस वर्ष के सश्रम कारावास व एक लाख रुपए अर्थदंड से दंडित किया है। विचारण के दौरान दूसरा आरोपी कुलदीप कुशवाहा फरार हो गया था, जिसका अभी तक पता नहीं चल पाया है।

On September 12, 2015, Chorhata police had received information from an informer that Kuldeep Kushwaha, a resident of Amwan village, was going to supply intoxicating syrup to Manoj Shukla, a resident of Duari village, in his vehicle. The police laid siege and caught the four wheeler in which two accused were riding. After taking accused Kuldeep father Munshi Kushwaha resident Amwan and Manoj Shukla father Ramnaresh Shukla resident Duari police station Chorhata into custody, the police searched the vehicle and found 98 vials of intoxicating syrup. After registering a case against the accused under the NDPS Act, the police got the evidence scientifically examined. After completion of the investigation, the challan was presented before the court. During the hearing, Special Judge Keshav Singh heard the arguments of both the parties. On behalf of the government, Public Prosecutor Shashi Tiwari demanded severe punishment for the accused. The court has punished the accused Manoj Shukla with rigorous imprisonment for ten years and a fine of one lakh rupees. During the trial, the second accused Kuldeep Kushwaha absconded, whose whereabouts are yet to be traced.
