 रीवा जिले के 25747 किसानों को होने जा रहा है 36 करोड़ 88 लाख रुपए का फायदा जानिए क्यों और कैसे

जबरदस्त फायदा कृषक ब्याज माफी योजना से किसानों के साथ सहकारी समितियों को भी मिलेगी संजीवनी साथ ही सभी लोगब्याज माफी योजना के पात्र हर किसान का फार्म भराने के लिए युद्ध स्तर पर प्रयास करें कुछ ऐसा कहना था रीवा सांसद जनार्दन मिश्रा का मनगवां के विधायक पंचू लाल का कहना थाब्याज माफी योजना से डिफाल्टर किसान का कलंक मिटेगा. मुख्यमंत्री कृषक ब्याज माफी योजना के आवेदन पत्र भरवाने का कार्य समारोह पूर्वक शुरू हो गया है। कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में आयोजित समारोह में सांसद श्री जनार्दन मिश्र, विधायक मनगवां डॉ पंचूलाल प्रजापति तथा जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष श्रीमती नीता कोल ने किसानों के फार्म स्वयं भरवाकर योजना का शुभारंभ किया। इस अवसर पर सांसद श्री मिश्र ने कहा कि प्रदेश के संवेदनशील और किसानों के हितैषी मुख्यमंत्री ने ब्याज माफी योजना लागू की है। इस योजना से रीवा जिले के 25 हजार 747 डिफाल्टर ऋणी किसानों की 36 करोड़ 88 लाख रुपए का ब्याज माफ होगा। इसके साथ ही इन किसानों को खाद, बीज और फसल ऋण प्राप्त करने की सुविधा मिलेगी। इस योजना के लिए फार्म भराने की अंतिम तिथि 17 मई निर्धारित की गई है। सभी समिति प्रबंधक तथा सेल्समैन किसानों के फार्म भरवाने के लिए युद्ध स्तर पर प्रयास करें तभी सभी किसानों के फार्म भरवाए जा सकेंगे। जैसे बेटी की शादी में आवश्यक प्रबंधों के लिए दिन-रात मेहनत करते हैं उसी तरह की मेहनत किसानों का फार्म भराने के लिए करें।सांसद ने कहा कि ब्याज माफी योजना से दो लाख रुपए तक के डिफाल्टर किसानों के फार्म भरवाए जा रहे हैं। केवल पात्र किसानों के ही आवेदन भरवाएं। किसान भी डिफाल्टर का कलंक मिटाने के लिए आगे बढ़कर अपने मोबाइल नम्बर तथा आधारकार्ड की जानकारी देकर फार्म भराने में सहयोग करें। केवल फार्म भरने से उनके हजारों रुपए की ब्याज की राशि माफ हो जाएगी। इस योजना से किसानों के साथ-साथ सहकारी समितियों को भी संजीवनी मिलेगी। समितियों के खाते में लगभग 37 करोड़ रुपए की राशि मिलेगी। इससे समितियाँ पुनर्जीवित हो जाएंगी।

सरकार की किसानों के कल्याण की इस योजना का डिफाल्टर किसान आगे बढ़कर लाभ उठाएं। समारोह में विधायक मनगवां ने कहा कि प्रदेश की 15 महीने की सरकार ने किसानों को ऋण माफी का झूठा सपना दिखाकर उनके साथ छल किया। इसका शिकार होकर लाखों किसान ऋण के जाल में फंस गए। मुख्यमंत्री जी ने इन किसानों की पीड़ा को दूर करने के लिए ब्याज माफी योजना लागू की है। इस योजना से किसानों के डिफाल्टर होने का कलंक मिटेगा। किसान मुख्यधारा में शामिल होकर समितियों से खाद, बीज और कृषि ऋण प्राप्त कर सकेंगे। समारोह में जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष श्रीमती नीता कोल ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री ब्याज माफी योजना किसानों का कल्याण करने वाली योजना है। योजना का लाभ देने के लिए दो लाख तक के डिफाल्टर सभी किसानों के फार्म अवश्य भरवाएं।समारोह में उपायुक्त सहकारिता अशोक शुक्ला ने मुख्यमंत्री ब्याज माफी योजना के प्रावधानों की विस्तार से जानकारी दी। उन्होंने कहा कि जिले के 25747 किसानों के आवेदन पत्र भरवाने के लिए सहकारी समितियों में किसानों की सूची का प्रकाशन कर दिया गया है। समितियों को पर्याप्त संख्या में आवेदन पत्र उपलब्ध करा दिए गए हैं। केवल तीन दिनों में सभी पात्र किसानों के फार्म भरवाना बड़ी चुनौती है। इस चुनौती का सामना करने के लिए सहकारी समितियों के सदस्य पूरी तरह से तैयार हैं। केवल फार्म भर देने से किसानों की ब्याज की राशि माफ हो जाएगी और किसान सहकारी समिति से हर तरह का लाभ पाने के पात्र हो जाएंगे। गत वर्ष सहकारी बैंक ने किसानों को 68 करोड़ रुपए का ऋण दिया था। पात्र किसानों की संख्या कम होने से 100 करोड़ का लक्ष्य पूरा नहीं हो सका। ब्याज माफी योजना से 26 हजार किसान पात्र हो रहे हैं। इससे बैंक इस वर्ष लगभग 130 करोड़ रुपए का ऋण दे सकेगा। ब्याज माफी योजना से किसान सहकारी समितियों और सहकारी बैंक तीनों को लाभ होगा। समारोह में समितियों के प्रबंधक तथा बड़ी संख्या में किसान उपस्थित रहे। समारोह का संचालन आरके मालवीय ने किया

The work of filling the application form of the Chief Minister Farmers Interest Waiver Scheme has started ceremoniously. Member of Parliament Mr. Janardan Mishra, MLA Mangawan Dr. Panchulal Prajapati and District Panchayat President Mrs. Neeta Kol inaugurated the scheme by filling the farmers’ forms themselves in a function organized at the Collectorate Auditorium. On this occasion, MP Mr. Mishra said that the sensitive and farmer-friendly Chief Minister of the state has implemented the interest waiver scheme. With this scheme, interest of Rs 36 crore 88 lakh will be waived off for 25 thousand 747 defaulter loanee farmers of Rewa district. Along with this, these farmers will get the facility of getting fertilizers, seeds and crop loans. The last date for filling the form for this scheme has been fixed as May 17. All the committee managers and salesmen should try on a war footing to get the farmers’ forms filled, only then all the farmers’ forms can be filled. Just like working day and night for the necessary arrangements for the daughter’s marriage, do the same hard work to fill the forms of the farmers. The MP said that the forms of the defaulter farmers up to two lakh rupees are being filled through the Interest Waiver Scheme. Only eligible farmers should fill the applications. 

Farmers should also cooperate in filling the form by giving their mobile number and Aadhaar card information to remove the stigma of the defaulter. Only by filling the form, their interest amount of thousands of rupees will be waived off. With this scheme, along with the farmers, cooperatives will also get lifeline. An amount of about Rs 37 crore will be received in the accounts of the committees. This will revive the committees. The defaulter farmers should go ahead and take advantage of this government scheme for the welfare of the farmers. In the function, MLA Mangwan said that the 15-month government of the state cheated the farmers by showing them a false dream of loan waiver. Lakhs of farmers fell prey to this and got trapped in the debt trap. The Chief Minister has implemented the interest waiver scheme to remove the suffering of these farmers. With this scheme, the stigma of farmers being defaulters will be removed. Farmers will be able to get fertilizers, seeds and agriculture loans from the committees by joining the mainstream. At the function, District Panchayat President Smt. Neeta Kol said that the Chief Minister’s Interest Waiver Scheme is a scheme for the welfare of the farmers. To give the benefit of the scheme, defaulters up to Rs 2 lakh must fill the forms of all the farmers. In the function, Deputy Commissioner Cooperative Ashok Shukla gave detailed information about the provisions of the Chief Minister’s Interest Waiver Scheme. He said that the list of farmers has been published in cooperative societies to fill the application forms of 25747 farmers of the district. Sufficient number of application forms have been made available to the committees. It is a big challenge to get all eligible farmers’ forms filled in just three days. The members of cooperatives are fully prepared to face this challenge. Only by filling the form, the interest amount of the farmers will be waived off and the farmers will be eligible to get all kinds of benefits from the cooperative society. Last year the cooperative bank had given a loan of Rs 68 crore to the farmers. Due to less number of eligible farmers, the target of 100 crore could not be met. 26 thousand farmers are getting eligible from the interest waiver scheme. With this, the bank will be able to give a loan of about Rs 130 crore this year. Farmers Cooperative Societies and Cooperative Banks will be benefited by the Interest Waiver Scheme.
