जिले के 28730 किसानों को मिले फसल बीमा के 15.88 करोड़

किसानों को खेती की नई तकनीक तथा प्राकृतिक खेती से जोड़ने के प्रयास करें कहा कलेक्टर रीवा नेरीवा में कृषि विज्ञान केन्द्र में किसान सम्मेलन का आयोजन किया गया। सम्मेलन में केन्द्रीय रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह तथा मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने वर्चुअल माध्यम से राजगढ़ से शामिल होकर किसानों के खाते में सिंगल क्लिक से राशि जारी की। रीवा जिले के 28730 किसानों को फसल बीमा की वर्ष 2021-22 की 15 करोड़ 88 लाख 16 हजार 770 रुपए की राशि उनके बैंक खाते में प्राप्त हुई। जिले के 15877 किसानों को मुख्यमंत्री कृषक ब्याज ऋण माफी योजना से 22 करोड़ 35 लाख रुपए की ब्याज की राशि माफ करके इन किसानों तथा सहकारी समितियों को लाभान्वित किया गया। समारोह में जिले के दो लाख 21 हजार 271 किसानों को किसान सम्मान निधि की 148 करोड़ 14 लाख रुपए की राशि प्राप्त हुई। प्रत्येक किसान को दो हजार रुपए की राशि उनके बैंक खाते में प्रदान की गई। सम्मेलन में केन्द्रीय रक्षा मंत्री तथा मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान के उद्बोधन का सजीव प्रसारण दिखाया गया।

कृषि विज्ञान केन्द्र में आयोजित सम्मेलन का शुभारंभ मुख्य अतिथि सांसद श्री जनार्दन मिश्र ने किया। इस अवसर पर श्री मिश्र ने कहा कि आज का दिन जिले के किसानों के लिए खुशखबरी और उत्सव का दिन है। प्रदेश के यशस्वी मुख्यमंत्री ने किसानों के बैंक खाते में किसान सम्मान निधि की राशि जारी की है। मुख्यमंत्री कृषक ऋण ब्याज माफी से भी हजारों किसानों के सर से कर्ज का बोझ हटा है। इस ब्याज माफी से किसानों के साथ-साथ सभी सहकारी समितियों को भी लाभ होगा। इन समितियों में राशि उपलब्ध हो जाने से लेन-देन शुरू हो जाएगा। फसल बीमा से भी हजारों किसान लाभान्वित हुए हैं। सभी किसान अपनी फसल का बीमा अवश्य कराएं। किसी भी तरह की आपदा से नुकसान होने पर किसान को फसल बीमा की राशि मिलेगी। देश के प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी तथा मुख्यमंत्री श्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने किसानों की आय बढ़ाने के लिए कई कदम उठाए हैं। हाल ही में धान, मक्का, सोयाबीन, उड़द, मूंग, अरहर के समर्थन मूल्य में वृद्धि की गई है।

सांसद ने कहा कि आधुनिक खेती के साथ-साथ प्राकृतिक खेती की आवश्यकता है। हमारी पुरानी खेती की परंपरा में सब्जी, फल, पशुपालन, मछलीपालन जैसे व्यवसाय खेती के साथ शामिल रहते थे। हर गांव में तीन-चार महीने तक किसानों को महुआ और आम खाने को मिलता था। मोटा अनाज बड़े पैमाने पर होता था, जिसकी पौष्टिकता से शरीर मजबूत और निरोगी रहता था। हमें फिर से किसानों को कोदौ, मक्का, ज्वार जैसे मोटे अनाजों की खेती के लिए प्रेरित करना है। रीवा ही नहीं पूरे विन्ध्य क्षेत्र में बाणसागर बांध की नहरें खेती के लिए वरदान साबित हुई हैं।

सम्मेलन में कलेक्टर श्रीमती प्रतिभा ने कहा कि रीवा जिले में धान और गेंहू का विपुल उत्पादन होता है। उद्यानिकी फसलें भी यहाँ बहुतायत से ली जा रही हैं। किसानों को खेती की आधुनिक तकनीक तथा प्राकृतिक खेती से जोड़ने के प्रयास करें। आधुनिक तकनीक अपनाने के लिए किसानों को पूंजी की आवश्यकता होगी। ऋण ब्याज माफी से सहकारी समितियों को 89 करोड़ रुपए का लाभ हुआ है। इससे किसानों को पर्याप्त मात्रा में ऋण मिल सकेगा। व्यावसायिक बैंकों को भी कृषि क्षेत्र के ऋण प्रकरणों को उदारता से मंजूरी देने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। किसानों की मेहनत तथा बैंकों और सहकारी समितियों के सहयोग से रीवा की खेती को उन्नत बनाया जाएगा। सम्मेलन में कृषि विज्ञान केन्द्र के वैज्ञानिक डॉ अखिलेश पटेल, डॉ संजय सिंह तथा उप संचालक कृषि यूपी बागरी ने जैविक खेती, कृषि के विविधीकरण, मिलेट मिशन के तहत मोटे अनाजों की खेती के संबंध में किसानों को विस्तार से जानकारी दी।

28730 farmers of the district got 15.88 crores of crop insurance

In the conference, Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan joined through virtual means from Rajgarh and released funds to the farmers’ accounts with a single click. 28730 farmers of Rewa district received crop insurance amount of Rs 15 crore 88 lakh 16 thousand 770 in their bank account for the year 2021-22. 15877 farmers of the district were benefited by waiving off the interest amount of Rs 22 crore 35 lakh from the Chief Minister Farmer Interest Loan Waiver Scheme. In the function, two lakh 21 thousand 271 farmers of the district received an amount of Rs 148 crore 14 lakh under Kisan Samman Nidhi. An amount of two thousand rupees was given to each farmer in his bank account. The live telecast of the speech of Union Defense Minister and Chief Minister Shri Chouhan was shown in the conference.
The conference organized at Krishi Vigyan Kendra was inaugurated by the chief guest Member of Parliament Mr. Janardan Mishra. On this occasion, Mr. Mishra said that today is a day of good news and celebration for the farmers of the district. The successful Chief Minister of the state has released the amount of Kisan Samman Nidhi in the bank account of the farmers. The Chief Minister’s farm loan interest waiver has also removed the debt burden from the heads of thousands of farmers. This interest waiver will benefit farmers as well as all cooperative societies. Transactions will start once funds are available in these committees. Thousands of farmers have also benefited from crop insurance. All farmers must get their crops insured. In case of loss due to any kind of calamity, the farmer will get the amount of crop insurance. Prime Minister of the country Shri Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan have taken several steps to increase the income of the farmers. Recently the support price of Paddy, Maize, Soybean, Urad, Moong, Arhar has been increased.
The MP said that there is a need for natural farming along with modern farming. In our old farming tradition, businesses like vegetables, fruits, animal husbandry, fisheries were involved with farming. In every village, the farmers used to get mahua and mangoes for three to four months. Coarse grains were available on a large scale, due to which the body remained strong and healthy. We have to again motivate the farmers to cultivate millets like Kodau, Maize, Jowar. Not only in Rewa, but in the entire Vindhya region, the canals of the Bansagar dam have proved to be a boon for agriculture.
Collector Mrs. Pratibha said in the conference that there is huge production of paddy and wheat in Rewa district. Horticulture crops are also being taken here in abundance. Try to connect farmers with modern techniques of farming and natural farming. Farmers will need capital to adopt modern technology. Loan interest waiver has benefited the cooperative societies to the tune of Rs 89 crore. With this, farmers will be able to get adequate amount of loan. Commercial banks have also been instructed to sanction loan cases liberally in the agriculture sector. Rewa’s farming will be upgraded with the hard work of farmers and with the help of banks and cooperative societies. In the conference, scientists of Krishi Vigyan Kendra Dr. Akhilesh Patel, Dr. Sanjay Singh and Deputy Director Agriculture UP Bagri gave detailed information to the farmers regarding organic farming, diversification of agriculture, cultivation of coarse grains under Millet Mission.
