शराब दुकान पर एक बार फिर कार्यवाही महंगी दर पर बिक रही थी शराब

रीवा कलेक्टर श्रीमती प्रतिभा पाल ने निर्धारित दर से अधिक दर पर मदिरा की बिक्री करने के कारण दो मदिरा दुकानों के लाइसेंस 24 जून को एक दिन के लिए निलंबित करने तथा जुर्मान के आदेश दिए हैं। अधिक दर पर मदिरा की बिक्री की लगातार मिल रही सूचनाओं पर आबकारी विभाग द्वारा कार्यवाही की गई। कार्यवाही के दौरान कंपोजिट मदिरा दुकान देवतालाब क्रमांक एक में मदिरा निर्धारित दर 205 रुपए से 45 रुपए अधिक मूल्य में बेची जा रही थी। इसी तरह कंपोजिट मदिरा दुकान बीड़ा में मदिरा का निर्धारित मूल्य 65 रुपए से 15 रुपए अधिक दर पर मदिरा बेची जा रही थी। आबकारी विभाग के अधिकारियों ने दोनों प्रकरणों में पंचनामा बनाकर मामला कलेक्टर न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत किया। कलेक्टर ने प्रकरण के संबंध में लाइसेंसी विक्रेताओं द्वारा दिए गए प्रतिवेदन को संतोषजनक न पाए जाने पर दोनों दुकानों पर 10 हजार रुपए जुर्माना लगाने तथा इनके लाइसेंस एक दिन के लिए निलंबित करने के आदेश दिए हैं।

Liquor was being sold at an expensive rate once again at the liquor shop

Rewa Collector Smt. Pratibha Pal has ordered suspension of licenses of two liquor shops for one day on June 24 and fine for selling liquor at a rate higher than the prescribed rate. Action was taken by the Excise Department on the continuous information being received about the sale of liquor at a higher rate. During the proceedings, liquor was being sold at a price of Rs 45 more than the fixed rate of Rs 205 in the composite liquor shop Devatalab number one. Similarly, liquor was being sold at the rate of Rs 15 more than the fixed price of Rs 65 in the composite liquor shop, Beeda. The officers of the Excise Department prepared the Panchnama in both the cases and presented the matter in the Collector’s Court. The Collector has ordered to impose a fine of Rs 10,000 on both the shops and suspend their licenses for a day if the report given by the licensee vendors in connection with the case is not found satisfactory.
