Rewa Today Desk : गांधी जी कभी रीवा आए थे जीते जी या मरने के बाद जी हां यह सच है बापू का अस्थि कलश रीवा आया था. पवित्र भस्मी स्थल नहीं खोला गया. गांधी जयंती के दिन भी. उल्टा भवन की पुताई बाहर से कर डाली गई. रीवा के लक्ष्मण बाग के अंदर मौजूद है. बापू भवन राष्ट्रपिता महात्मा गांधी को गोडसे ने गोली मारी उसके बाद उनका अंतिम संस्कार किया गया. बापू की अस्थियों को गंगा सहित तमाम जगह विसर्जित करने की बात कही गई. इस दौरान अलग-अलग लोग अलग-अलग जगह के लिए बापू के अस्थि कलश को लेकर निकले थे. उसी में से एक जगह थी इलाहाबाद. इलाहाबाद जाते समय रात होने की वजह से अस्थि कलश ले जाने वाले दल को रीवा के प्रसिद्ध धार्मिक स्थल लक्ष्मण बाग में रोका गया था.

रात भर विश्राम करने के बाद दूसरे दिन यह दल इलाहाबाद जिसे अब प्रयागराज कहा जाता है. के लिए रवाना हो गया था. तभी से लक्ष्मण बाग का यह कमरा बापू भवन के नाम से तब्दील हो गया .हर साल 30 जनवरी और 2 अक्टूबर को बापू के चाहने वाले यहां पर आते थे. बापू की फोटो रखकर श्रद्धांजलि देते थे. यह आयोजन कमरे के अंदर होता था. लेकिन इस बार बापू भवन का दरवाजा नहीं खोला गया. नतीजे के रूप में बापू के चाहने वाले बापू को श्रद्धांजलि देने आए. लेकिन कमरे के बाहर ही से बापू की फोटो पर जो वह अपने साथ लेकर आए थे. श्रद्धांजलि देकर लौट गए.

वर्तमान जनसंपर्क मंत्री ने गांधी स्मृति संग्रहालय बनाने की घोषणा की थी वर्तमान जनसंपर्क मंत्री राजेंद्र शुक्ला रीवा विधायक ने 7 अक्टूबर 2015 को गांधी स्मृति संग्रहालय एवं विकास कार्य की आधारशिला रखी थी. लेकिन आज 8 साल बीत गए गांधी को भुला दिया गया. उनके नाम पर एक रुपए भी नहीं खर्च किया गया. जबकि लाखों रुपए खर्च करके पूरे तामझाम के साथ पूरे प्रशासन की मौजूदगी में जिसमें प्रशासनिक अम्ले के साथ नगर निगम महापौर सहित सभी बड़े अधिकारी मौजूद थे. बाकायदा भूमि पूजन किया गया. एक बड़ा पत्थर लगाया गया. लेकिन उस पत्थर के अलावा वहां पर कोई भी विकास कार्य के काम गांधी के नाम पर नहीं हुए.

इस जगह पर पवित्र भस्मीय रखी गई थी गांधी जी के देहांत के बाद गांधी जी की पवित्र भस्मियां इसी बापू भवन में रखी गई थी. उसे बापू भवन को भी आज नहीं खोला गया. उसमें दिनभर ताला लगा रहा. यही नहीं बापू भवन जिस जगह पर लिखा है. उसकी भी पुताई कर डाली गई. लक्ष्मण बाग रीवा शहर का सर्वाधिक मान्यता प्राप्त धार्मिक स्थल है. इसी जगह पर बापू के अस्थि कलश लाने वालों को रोका गया था विश्राम के लिए. जिसके चलते लक्ष्मण बाग परिसर में महात्मा गांधी की स्मृति में संग्रहालय बनाने की बात कही गई थी. लेकिन हुआ क्या आप स्वयं अंदाजा लगाइए बापू को याद करने वाले बापू के नाम पर दुहाई देने वाले बापू के अस्थि कलश स्थल को भी ताले में बंद रखने में आज के दिन भी कामयाब रहे

Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi was shot by Godse at Bapu Bhavan, after which his last rites were performed. There was talk of immersing Bapu’s ashes at various places including the Ganga. During this time, different people had left for different places carrying Bapu’s ashes. One of those places was Allahabad. While going to Allahabad, due to nightfall, the team carrying the urn was stopped at Laxman Bagh, a famous religious place in Rewa.

After resting overnight, on the next day the group reached Allahabad which is now called Prayagraj. Had left for. Since then, this room of Laxman Bagh was transformed into the name of Bapu Bhawan. Every year on 30 January and 2 October, Bapu’s fans used to come here. Used to pay tribute by keeping Bapu’s photo. This event used to take place inside the room. But this time the door of Bapu Bhawan was not opened. As a result, Bapu’s fans came to pay homage to Bapu.

But from outside the room, on the photo of Bapu which he had brought with him. Returned after paying homage. The present Public Relations Minister had announced the construction of Gandhi Memorial Museum. The present Public Relations Minister Rajendra Shukla, Rewa MLA had laid the foundation stone of Gandhi Memorial Museum and development work on 7 October 2015. But today 8 years have passed and Gandhi has been forgotten.

Not even a single rupee was spent in his name. Whereas after spending lakhs of rupees, with full pomp and show, in the presence of the entire administration in which all the senior officials including the Municipal Corporation Mayor along with the administrative staff were present. Bhoomi pujan was done as per procedure. A big stone was placed. But apart from that stone, no development work was done there in the name of Gandhi.
The sacred ashes were kept at this place. After the death of Gandhiji, the sacred ashes of Gandhiji were kept in this Bapu Bhawan. Even Bapu Bhawan was not opened today. It remained locked the whole day.

Not only this, the place where Bapu Bhawan is written. That was also painted over. Laxman Bagh is the most recognized religious place of Rewa city. It was at this place that the people who brought Bapu’s ashes were stopped for rest. Due to which there was talk of building a museum in the memory of Mahatma Gandhi in the Lakshman Bagh complex. But what happened, you yourself guess, those who remember Bapu and cry out in the name of Bapu, even today they were successful in keeping the ashes of Bapu under lock and key.
