Rewa Today Desk : 100 फीट ऊंचे ध्वज सहित टीआरएस कॉलेज में कई कामों का लोकार्पण किया कैबिनेट मंत्री ने शासकीय ठाकुर रणमत सिंह महाविद्यालय रीवा में लोकार्पण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। लोकार्पण कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि राजेद्र शुक्ल, मंत्री, जनसंपर्क एवं लोक स्वास्थ्य यात्रिकी, मध्य प्रदेश , जनार्दन मिश्रा सांसद रीवा तथा विशिष्ट राजेंद्र ताम्रकार अध्यक्ष जनभागीदारी समिति शासकीय ठाकुर रणमत सिंह महाविद्यालय थे। इस अवसर पर महाविद्यालय की जनभागीदारी समिति एवं गवर्निंग बॉडी के सदस्यों की उपस्थिति उल्लेखनीय रही। सर्वप्रथम नवनिर्मित ध्वज स्थल पर मुख्य अतिथि एवं अतिथियों द्वारा ध्वजारोहण किया गया तथा राष्ट्रगान का गायन किया गया। अतिथियों का स्वागत एवं सम्मान महाविद्यालय परिवार द्वारा किया गया।

स्वागत भाषण महाविद्यालय की प्राचार्य डॉ अर्पिता अवस्थी के द्वारा दिया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि इन भवनों के लोकार्पण से छात्रों के अध्ययन और व्यक्तित्व निर्माण में काफी सहायता प्राप्त होगी। तत्पश्चात माननीय मुख्य अतिथि एवं अतिथियों द्वारा नवनिर्मित कैंटीन के भवन, नवनिर्मित प्राणी शास्त्र विभाग के भवन, युवा संसाधन केंद्र का उद्घाटन, नवीनीकृत महाराज सर गुलाब सिंह स्मृति दरबार सभागार का लोकार्पण शिला पट्टिका का अनावरण कर किया गया। नवीन भवन निर्माण के लिए विश्वबैंक परियोजना उच्च शिक्षा विभाग भोपाल से अनुदान प्राप्त हुआ था। इन भवनों का निर्माण म.प्र. गृह निर्माण एवं अधो-संरचना विकास मंडल द्वारा किया गया है। इस अवसर पर सभी अतिथियों को लोकार्पण समारोह का प्रतीक चिन्ह प्रदान कर स्वागत किया गया।

मुख्य अतिथि राजेद्र शुक्ल ने अपने उद्बोधन में कहा कि रीवा के लिए 100 फिट ऊचाई के राष्ट्रीय ध्वज की शासकीय ठाकुर रणमत सिंह महाविद्यालय में स्थापना का यह एक ऐतिहासिक अवसर है। उन्होने कहा कि उच्च शिक्षा के विकास में प्राध्यापको, अतिथि विद्वानो, स्ववित्तीय एवं जनभागीदारी शिक्षको की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है। उन्होने दरबार हॉल के ऐतिहासिक स्वरूप की चर्चा करते हुए महाविद्यालय प्रबंधन को वर्तमान उपलब्धियों के लिए बधाई दी। महाविद्यालय प्रबंधन एवं जनभागीदारी समिति के अनुमोदन के माध्यम से रूपये 21 करोड की लागत से नये वाणिज्य भवन के निर्माण की प्रशासकीय स्वीकृति हेतु आयुक्त उच्च शिक्षा से बात की। उन्हाने महाविद्यालय के स्ववित्तीय एवं जनभागीदारी शिक्षको के लिए मानदेय 18000रू से बढ़ाकर 25000 रू किये जाने की घोषणा की साथ ही कुशल, अर्द्धकुशल तथा अकुशल श्रमिको के मानदेय को भी बढ़ाये जाने की घोषणा की।

कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता कर रहे सांसद रीवा जनार्दन मिश्रा ने अपने उद्बोधन में कहा कि मैं महाविद्यालय के दरबार हॉल में आकर अभिभूत हो जाता हूँ क्योकि मैने छात्र जीवन का पहला उद्बोधन दिनांक 12 अगस्त 1974 को इसी दरबार हॉल से दिया था एवं छात्र राजनीति की शुरूआत की थी। दरबार हॉल के उन्नयन पर उन्होने प्रसन्नता जाहिर की और छात्रो को रचनात्मक कार्यो को करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया।

महाविद्यालय की जनभागीदारी समिति के अध्यक्ष राजेन्द्र ताम्रकार ने अपने उद्बोधन में शिक्षण संस्थान की संरचना एवं विकास में शिक्षक, कर्मचारी, छात्र एवं अभिभावक के महत्व को निरूपित किया। महाविद्यालय की अधोसंरचना एवं गुणवत्ता के विकास के संबंध में हर संभव प्रयास करने की बात कही।
कार्यक्रम का सफल संचालन डॉ. अखिलेश शुक्ल के द्वारा तथा आभार प्रदर्शन डॉ. महेश शुक्ला के द्वारा किया गया। लोकार्पण कार्यक्रम में महाविद्यालय के समस्त प्राध्यापकों, अतिथि विद्वानों, जनभागीदारी एवं स्ववित्तीय शिक्षकों, कर्मचारियों तथा छात्र-छात्राओं की उपस्थिति महत्वपूर्ण रही।

The inauguration program was organized at Government Thakur Ranmat Singh College, Rewa. The chief guest of the inauguration program was Rajendra Shukla, Minister, Public Relations and Public Health Engineer, Madhya Pradesh, Janardan Mishra, MP, Rewa and distinguished Rajendra Tamrakar, Chairman, Public Participation Committee, Government Thakur Ranmat Singh College. On this occasion, the presence of the public participation committee and governing body members of the college was notable. First of all, the flag was hoisted by the chief guest and guests at the newly constructed flag site and the national anthem was sung. The guests were welcomed and honored by the college family.

The welcome speech was given by the Principal of the college, Dr. Arpita Awasthi. He said that the inauguration of these buildings will greatly help in the studies and personality development of the students. Thereafter, the newly constructed canteen building, newly constructed Zoology Department building, Youth Resource Centre, renovated Maharaj Sir Gulab Singh Smriti Darbar Auditorium were inaugurated by the Honorable Chief Guest and guests by unveiling the stone plaque. For the construction of the new building, a grant was received from the World Bank Project, Higher Education Department, Bhopal. These buildings were constructed by Madhya Pradesh. House construction and infrastructure has been done by the Development Board. On this occasion, all the guests were welcomed by presenting them the emblem of the inauguration ceremony.

Chief guest Rajendra Shukla said in his address that this is a historic opportunity for Rewa to install a 100 feet high national flag in the Government Thakur Ranmat Singh College. He said that professors, guest scholars, self-financed and public participation teachers have an important role in the development of higher education. Discussing the historical nature of the Durbar Hall, he congratulated the college management for its current achievements. Talked to the Commissioner of Higher Education for administrative approval for the construction of a new commercial building at a cost of Rs 21 crore through the approval of the College Management and Public Participation Committee. He announced to increase the honorarium for self-financed and public participation teachers of the college from Rs 18000 to Rs 25000 and also announced to increase the honorarium of skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled labourers.

MP Riva Janardan Mishra, who was presiding over the program, said in his address that I feel overwhelmed after coming to the Durbar Hall of the college because I had given the first address of my student life from this Darbar Hall on 12 August 1974 and started student politics. Was. He expressed happiness over the upgradation of Durbar Hall and encouraged the students to do creative work.

Rajendra Tamarkar, Chairman of the Public Participation Committee of the college, in his address expressed the importance of teachers, employees, students and parents in the structure and development of the educational institution. Said to make every possible effort regarding the development of infrastructure and quality of the college.
The program was successfully conducted by Dr. Akhilesh Shukla and vote of thanks was done by Dr. Mahesh Shukla. The presence of all the professors, guest scholars, public participation and self-financed teachers, employees and students of the college was important in the inauguration program.
