Rewa Today Desk :रीवा तथा मऊगंज जिले के सभी आठ विधानसभा क्षेत्रों के चुनाव की अधिसूचना 21 अक्टूबर को जारी की जाएगी। इसी दिन से नामांकन पत्र दाखिल करने का क्रम आरंभ होगा। निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशों के अनुसार प्रत्येक उम्मीदवार को नामांकन पत्र दाखिल करने होंगे। नामांकन पत्र के लिए प्रारूप 2 ख निर्धारित किया गया है। इसके भाग एक में मान्यता प्राप्त राजनैतिक दलों के उम्मीदवार नामांकन पत्र भरेंगे। शेष उम्मीदवार भाग दो में नामांकन पत्र दाखिल करेंगे।
नामांकन पत्र के साथ उम्मीदवार को प्रारूप 26 में शपथ पत्र देना आवश्यक होगा। यह शपथ पत्र शपथ आयुक्त अथवा प्रथम श्रेणी के मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा प्रमाणित होना चाहिए। शपथ पत्र में उम्मीदवार को अपनी शैक्षणिक योग्यता, आपराधिक प्रकरण, चल-अचल सम्पत्ति, देनदारियाँ, परिवार की चल-अचल सम्पत्ति, नकद राशि, आभूषण, वाहन, बीमा पालिसी, म्यूचुअल फण्ड, शेयर, राष्ट्रीय बचत पत्र आदि का विवरण देना भी आवश्यक होगा। शपथ पत्र में लंबित सम्पत्ति कर, बिजली बिल, जल कर, बैंक ऋण का भी विवरण देना आवश्यक होगा। आयोग के निर्देशों के अनुसार यदि उम्मीदवार उस विधानसभा क्षेत्र का मतदाता नहीं है जिसके लिए उसने नामांकन पत्र दाखिल किया है तो उसे अपना नाम मतदाता सूची में जिस विधानसभा में शामिल है उसकी प्रमाणित प्रति संलग्न करना आवश्यक होगा।
राजनैतिक दलों के उम्मीदवार नामांकन पत्र के साथ प्रारूप क और ख में आवश्यक जानकारियाँ प्रस्तुत करेंगे। यदि उम्मीदवार आरक्षित वर्ग का है तो उसे प्राधिकृत अधिकारी द्वारा जारी जाति प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करना आवश्यक होगा। नामांकन पत्र के साथ उम्मीदवार को जमा की गई जमानत राशि की रसीद अथवा विवरण देना आवश्यक होगा। नामांकन पत्र दाखिल करने के बाद उम्मीदवार द्वारा ली गई शपथ का विवरण भी देना होगा। उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्रेयस गोखले ने कहा है कि सभी रिटर्निंग आफीसर नामांकन पत्र जमा कराते समय निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा निर्धारित चेकलिस्ट के अनुसार समस्त दस्तावेज उम्मीदवारों से अवश्य जमा कराएं।

Notification for the elections of all eight assembly constituencies of Rewa and Mauganj districts will be issued on October 21. The process of filing nomination papers will start from this day itself. Every candidate will have to file nomination papers as per the instructions of the Election Commission. Format 2B has been prescribed for nomination papers. In its part one, candidates of recognized political parties will fill nomination forms. The remaining candidates will file nomination papers in Part Two.
Along with the nomination form, the candidate will be required to submit an affidavit in Format 26. This affidavit should be certified by the Oath Commissioner or Magistrate of the first class. In the affidavit, it is also necessary for the candidate to give details of his educational qualification, criminal cases, movable and immovable property, liabilities, movable and immovable property of the family, cash amount, jewellery, vehicle, insurance policy, mutual fund, shares, National Savings Certificate etc. will be. It will also be necessary to give details of pending property tax, electricity bill, water tax, bank loan in the affidavit. According to the instructions of the Commission, if the candidate is not a voter of the assembly constituency for which he has filed nomination papers, then he will be required to attach a certified copy of the assembly constituency in which his name is included in the voter list. Candidates of political parties will submit necessary information in Format A and B along with the nomination papers.
If the candidate belongs to the reserved category then he will be required to produce the caste certificate issued by the authorized officer. Along with the nomination form, the candidate will be required to submit a receipt or statement of the security deposit deposited. After filing nomination papers, details of the oath taken by the candidate will also have to be given. Deputy District Election Officer Shreyas Gokhale has said that while submitting the nomination papers, all the returning officers must submit all the documents from the candidates as per the checklist prescribed by the Election Commission.
