Rewa Today Desk :अवैध शराब की प्राप्त मुखविर सूचना मिलने पर निरीक्षक जेपी ठाकुर थाना गढ़ एवं पुलिस चौकी लाल गांव से उ नि रणजीत सिंह एवं पुलिस स्टाप आर अभिषेक पाण्डेय एवं आर पवन को लेकर मुखबिर के बताएं अनुसार स्थान पर जाकर मुखबिर की सूचना की तस्दीक की गई एक व्यक्ति ग्राम देवास में खड़ा मिला

जिसको दौड़कर पुलिस ने पकड़ा नाम पता पूछा जिसने अपना नाम विजय बहादुर पिता जयकरन पटेल उम्र 30 साल निवासी देवास का बताया जिसके कब्जे से 6 पेटी देसी मदिरा प्लेन कीमती ₹21000 की कल 54 लीटर शराब अवैध रूप से रखें पाया गया जिसकी कब्जे से जप्त कर आरोपी का कृत्य धारा 34 आवकारी एक्ट के विरुद्ध होने से गिरफ्तार किया जाकर आरोपी के विरुद्ध अपराध धारा 440 / 23 धारा 34 (2) आबकारी एक्ट का कायम कर विवेचना में लिया गया ।

पुलिस ने आरोपी का नाम विजय बहादुर पिता जयकरन पटेल उम्र 30 साल निवासी देवास थाना गढ़ बताया है इस कार्यवाही मेंसराहनीय भूमिका रही थाना प्रभारी गढ़ एवं पुलिस स्टाप की.

Police station Garh took action by seizing 06 boxes of illegal plain liquor, the value of which is around ₹ 21000.

On receiving the informer’s information regarding illegal liquor, Inspector JP Thakur from police station Garh and police outpost Lal village, Mr. Ranjeet Singh and police stops R. Abhishek Pandey and R. Pawan went to the place as per the informer’s description and verified the informer’s information. He was found standing in village Dewas, who was caught by the police after running and asked for his name and address.

He told his name as Vijay Bahadur, father Jaikaran Patel, age 30 years, resident of Dewas, in whose possession 6 boxes of country liquor, a plane worth ₹ 21000 and 54 liters of liquor were found illegally. It was seized from his possession and the accused was arrested as his act was against Section 34 of the Excise Act and a crime under Section 440/23 Section 34 (2) of the Excise Act was registered against the accused and taken into consideration.
Police has given the name of the accused as Vijay Bahadur, father Jaikaran Patel, age 30 years, resident of Dewas police station Garh.The role of station in-charge Garh and police stop was commendable.
