विंध्य आउटसोर्स कर्मचारी संगठन मध्य प्रदेश विद्युत मंडल रीवा के अधीक्षण अभियंता मिल कर अपनी समस्याओं को लेकर बातचीत की चर्चा सौहार्दपूर्ण वातावरण में हुई मांगे ना मानी जाने पर संगठन ने प्रदेश व्यापी आंदोलन की दे डाली चेतावनी संगठन का कहना है मध्यप्रदेश शासन द्वारा प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह द्वारा घोषणा की गई थी कि कुशल श्रमिक को ₹1000 प्रति माह रिस्क अलाउंस दिया जाएगा विगत 3 माह बीत जाने के बावजूद भी आज दिनांक तक रीवा रीजन में कहीं भी किसी भी श्रमिक को रिस्क अलाउंस का लाभ नहीं दिया गया एवं रीवा जिले में विगत 4 वर्ष पूर्व तार मिस्त्री की परीक्षा आयोजित की गई थी आज दिनांक तक कुशल श्रमिकों को तार मिस्त्री का प्रमाण पत्र नहीं दिया गया शासन के मंशा के अनुरूप उच्च अधिकारियों द्वारा अवहेलना की जाती है एवं इसमें छोटे मजदूर श्रमिक पिस रहे हैं 1 वर्ष पूर्व रीवा जिले में राजदीप कंपनी का टेंडर हुआ था जिसने एक ₹1000 प्रत्येक लड़के से लिया गया था और बोला गया था सबको वर्दी दी जाएगी लेकिन आज तक उपलब्ध नहीं कराई गई श्रमिकों का एक ₹1000 पचा लिया गया इस तरह से शासन की सुविधाओं का लाभ विद्युत श्रमिकों को नहीं मिल पा रहा है जिस कारण से संगठन ने आज यह तय किया कि हमारी यह जायज मांगे पूरी ना होगी तो अनिश्चितकालीन काम बंद हड़ताल पर कर्मचारी बैठ जाएंगे प्रमुख रूप से प्रदेश अध्यक्ष अरुणेंद्र नारायण पांडे, प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष प्रकाश नारायण मिश्रा, प्रदेश सचिव सतीश चौबे, प्रदेश संयोजक मुनेंद्र मिश्रा ,प्रदेश मीडिया प्रभारी आर्यन जयसवाल, प्रदेश संरक्षक उमाकांत द्विवेदी, मीडिया प्रभारी जफर खान, विपिन गौतम, अरुण द्विवेदी, अमित वर्मा, लक्ष्मण पटेल, संतोष मिश्रा ,विनीत गौतम ,एवं सैकड़ों की तादाद में आउटसोर्स साथी पहुंचे थे अगर आउट सोर्स कर्मचारियों ने हड़ताल कर दी तो विद्युत मंडल की स्थिति संभलते नहीं समझेगी अधिकारियों से आमतौर पर देखा जाता है आधे से ज्यादा काम यही आउट सोर्स कर्मचारी करते हैं

Vindhya Outsourced Employees Association Madhya Pradesh Electricity Board Rewa’s Superintendent Engineer met and discussed their problems in a cordial environment, if their demands are not met, the organization warned of a state-wide agitation. It was announced by Singh that ₹ 1000 per month risk allowance will be given to the skilled worker, even after lapse of last 3 months, no laborer has been given the benefit of risk allowance anywhere in Rewa region till date and in Rewa district in the past 4 years ago, the examination of wireman was conducted, till date the certificate of wireman has not been given to the skilled workers, according to the intention of the government, it is neglected by the higher authorities and small laborers are suffering in this, 1 year ago in Rewa district I had a tender of Rajdeep company, which took ₹ 1000 from each boy and told that uniforms will be given to all, but till date, ₹ 1000 of the workers was digested, in this way, the benefits of government facilities are given to the electrical workers. Due to which the organization has decided today that if our legitimate demands are not met then the employees will go on an indefinite strike mainly State President Arunendra Narayan Pandey, State Vice President Prakash Narayan Mishra, State Secretary Satish Choubey, State Coordinator Munendra Mishra, State Media Incharge Aryan Jaiswal, State Patron Umakant Dwivedi, Media Incharge Zafar Khan, Vipin Gautam, Arun Dwivedi, Amit Verma, Laxman Patel, Santosh Mishra, Vineet Gautam, and hundreds of outsourced companions had reached If the outsourced employees go on strike, then the situation of the Electricity Board will not be understood, it is generally seen from the officials that more than half of the work is done by the outsourced employees.
