Rewa Today Desk : अपर कलेक्टर शैलेन्द्र सिंह ने शांति समिति के बैठक की अध्यक्षता करते हुए कहा कि आपसी सौहार्द, शांति एवं भाई चारे के साथ मनाये आगामी त्यौहार। उन्होंने निर्देश दिये कि त्यौहारों के दौरान कानून व्यवस्था बनाये रखी जाय। अपर कलेक्टर ने गणेश चतुर्थी, ईद मिलादुन्नबी, दशहरा, दीपावली एवं गुरूनानक देव जयंती त्यौहारों को लेकर निर्देश दिये कि त्यौहारों के दौरान आयोजक मंडल के सदस्य एवं जिला पुलिस बल, यातायात व्यवस्था सुचारू रखें।अपर कलेक्टर ने कहा कि गणेश चतुर्थी पर्व शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से मनाये गणेश प्रतिमाओं का शालीनता के साथ विसर्जन करें। उन्होंने कहा कि गणेश प्रतिभाओं के स्थापना के बाद केवल मिट्टी से बनी हुई गणेश प्रतिभाओं की ही स्थापना करें।

प्लास्टर ऑफ पेरिस से बनी गणेश प्रतिमाओं की स्थापना न करें। उन्होंने मिलादुन्नवी त्यौहार के दौरान जुलूस के निकलने वाले मार्ग की मरम्मत करने अवाध विद्युत सप्लाई करने और दोपहर में पेयजल की आपूर्ति करने के निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने कहा कि गणेश जी कि प्रतिमा का विसर्जन निर्धारित घाटों करहिया घाट एवं विछिया घाट में ही करें किसी भी हालत में मैदानी में स्थित तालाब में प्रतिमाओं का विसर्जन न करें।उन्होंने नवरात्रि पर्व समाप्त होने के पश्चात दुर्गा जी के प्रतिमाओं के विसर्जन के दौरान घाटों में पूर्ण सफाई की जाय, सड़कों की मरम्मत एवं प्रकाश व्यवस्था की जाय। उन्होंने कहा कि इस बार दुर्गा प्रतिमाओं का विसर्जन करहिया रोड़ पर स्थित नवनिर्मित घाट में किया जायेगा। प्रतिमा विसर्जन के दौरान कोई भी व्यक्ति घाट से नदी में नहीं जायेगा। उन्होंने दशहरा पर्व को लेकर निर्देश दिये कि एनसीसी ग्राउंड में रात्रि 11 बजे रावण का दहन किया जायेगा।

इसके पूर्व किले से चल समारोह निकाला जायेगा। आयोजक मंडल का दायित्व है कि वे देखें कि चल समारोह पूरी व्यवस्था एवं अनुशासन के साथ निकाला जाय। कोई भी व्यक्ति अव्यवस्था नहीं फैलायेगा इस दौरान यातायात व्यवस्था सुचारू रहेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि विद्युत विभाग के अधिकारी सड़कों के किनारे झूल रहे केबिल को ऊचा करवाये। उन्होंने कहा कि मिलाद उन्नबी के पर्व में चल समारोह के रास्ते की मरम्मत करायी जाय। नगर पालिक निगम साफ-सफाई की व्यवस्था करें। पर्याप्त पेयजल की आपूर्ति की जाय। विद्युत विभाग के अधिकारी अबाध विद्युत आपूर्ति करें।उन्होंने त्यौहारों के समय पर्याप्त पेयजल की सप्लाई करने के निर्देश नगर पालिक निगम के आयुक्त को दिये। दशहरा के दिन किला, सिटी कोतवाली, स्टेच्यू चौराहा, अस्पताल चौराहा, सिरमौर चौराहा एवं रावण दहन स्थल पर टैंकर से पानी की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिये। मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी को निर्देश दिये कि समारोह स्थलों पर चिकित्सा दल एवं आवश्यक दवाईयों की उपलब्धता हो साथ ही चिकित्सा टीम के साथ एक एम्बुलेंस नियंत्रण कक्ष में रहे। उन्होंने दुर्गा पंडाल स्थल एवं चल समारोह मार्गों में पर्याप्त संख्या में पुलिस बल की व्यवस्था करने के निर्देश दिये। बैठक में अतिरिक्त अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक अनिल सोनकर, डिप्टी कलेक्टर आरके सिन्हा, सहित शांति समिति के सदस्य उपस्थित रहे।

He said that the idol of Ganesh ji should be immersed only in the designated ghats, Karhiya Ghat and Vichiya Ghat, and under no circumstances should the idols be immersed in the pond located in the plains. After the end of Navratri festival, during the immersion of the idols of Durga ji, he said that during the immersion of the idols of Durga ji, Complete cleaning should be done, roads should be repaired and lighting should be arranged. He said that this time the immersion of Durga idols will be done in the newly constructed ghat located on Karhiya Road. During the immersion of the idol, no person will go from the ghat into the river. Regarding the Dussehra festival, he gave instructions that Ravana will be burnt at 11 pm in the NCC ground. Before this, a moving ceremony will be taken out from the fort. It is the responsibility of the organizing board to see that the procession is carried out with complete order and discipline. No person will create chaos during this period and the traffic system will remain smooth.

He said that the officials of the electricity department should get the cables hanging on the roadside raised. He said that the road for the procession during the festival of Milad Unnabi should be repaired. Municipal Corporation should make arrangements for cleanliness. Adequate drinking water should be supplied. Electricity department officials should supply uninterrupted electricity. He gave instructions to the Municipal Corporation Commissioner to supply adequate drinking water during festivals. On the day of Dussehra, instructions were given to ensure availability of water from tankers at Fort, City Kotwali, Statue Square, Hospital Square, Sirmaur Square and Ravana Dahan site. Instructed the Chief Medical and Health Officer that medical teams and essential medicines should be available at the function sites and an ambulance should be in the control room along with the medical team. He directed to make arrangements for adequate number of police forces at the Durga pandal site and the procession routes. Additional Superintendent of Police Anil Sonkar, Deputy Collector RK Sinha and members of the Peace Committee were present in the meeting.
