आमजनता के आवेदन पत्रों पर सुनवाई के लिए कलेक्ट्रेट के मोहन सभागार में जन सुनवाई का आयोजन किया गया। जन सुनवाई में संयुक्त कलेक्टर संजीव पाण्डेय ने 169 आवेदन पत्रों में सुनवाई की। जन सुनवाई में सीमांकन, बंटवारा जमीन से अवैध कब्जा हटाने, पेंशन, अनुकंपा नियुक्ति, आयुष्मान कार्ड, प्रसूति सहायता, अनुग्रह सहायता तथा उपचार सहायता सहित विभिन्न विभागों से संबंधित आवेदन पत्रों में सुनवाई की गई। जन सुनवाई में ग्राम रहट निवासी शांति साकेत ने उनके पति की मौत पर अनुग्रह सहायता के लिए आवेदन दिया। संयुक्त कलेक्टर ने मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी जनपद पंचायत रीवा को प्रकरण में कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए। जनपद के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी द्वारा जन सुनवाई के दौरान ही आवेदिका की चार लाख रुपए की अनुग्रह सहायता स्वीकृत करके आदेश पत्र प्रदान किया।  जन सुनवाई में आशीष तिवारी ग्राम मढ़ा ने ग्राम पंचायत बिझौली के निर्माण कार्यों की जाँच के लिए आवेदन दिया। जिला पंचायत के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी द्वारा इस पर कार्यवाही की जा रही है। बदन सिंह निवासी महसांव ने विवाह प्रमाण पत्र के लिए आवेदन दिया। संयुक्त कलेक्टर ने सीईओ जनपद रायपुर कर्चुलियान को प्रमाण पत्र जारी करने के निर्देश दिए। सुनीता पटेल सरपंच ग्राम पंचायत फरहदा ने पहुंच मार्ग निर्माण के लिए जमीन आवंटित करने के लिए आवेदन दिया। संयुक्त कलेक्टर ने तहसीलदार मऊगंज को सड़क निर्माण के लिए जमीन चिन्हित करने के निर्देश दिए।

जन सुनवाई में अन्नू कोल निवासी गेरूआर ने जमीन से अवैध कब्जा हटाने के लिए आवेदन दिया। संयुक्त कलेक्टर ने तहसीलदार गुढ़ को आवेदन में कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए। प्रेमसागर तिवारी निवासी ग्राम कपसा ने पत्नीकी मौत के बाद उनके नाम की जमीन का नामांतरण के लिए आवेदन दिया। संयक्त कलेक्टर ने तहसीलदार सेमरिया को कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए। कुंज बिहारी विश्वकर्मा निवासी बंदराव ने जमीन के सीमांकन के लिए आवेदन दिया। संयुक्त कलेक्टर ने तहसीलदार हुजूर को आवेदन में कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए। अमित पाठक निवासी खड्डा ने उनके पिता सुशील पाठक द्वारा शराब पीने के लिए लगातार जमीन बेचने से रोकने के लिए आवेदन दिया। संयुक्त कलेक्टर ने तहसीलदार हुजूर को समुचित कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए

A public hearing was organized at the Collectorate’s Mohan Auditorium to hear the applications of the general public. In the public hearing, Joint Collector Sanjeev Pandey heard 169 applications. In the public hearing, applications related to various departments including demarcation, removal of illegal encroachment from partition land, pension, compassionate appointment, Ayushman card, maternity assistance, ex-gratia assistance and treatment assistance were heard. In the public hearing, Shanti Saket, a resident of village Rahat, applied for ex-gratia assistance on the death of her husband. The Joint Collector instructed the Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Rewa to take action in the case. During the public hearing itself, the Chief Executive Officer of the district sanctioned the ex-gratia assistance of Rs 4 lakh to the applicant and provided the order letter.In the public hearing, Ashish Tiwari of village Madha gave an application for checking the construction works of Gram Panchayat Bijhauli. Action is being taken on this by the Chief Executive Officer of the District Panchayat. Mehsaon, a resident of Badan Singh, applied for marriage certificate. The Joint Collector directed CEO District Raipur Karchulian to issue the certificate. Sunita Patel Sarpanch Gram Panchayat Farhada applied for allotment of land for the construction of access road. The Joint Collector instructed Tehsildar Mauganj to mark the land for road construction.

In the public hearing, Geruar, a resident of Annu Kol, gave an application to remove illegal encroachment from the land. The Joint Collector instructed Tehsildar Gudh to take action in the application. Village Kapsa, a resident of Premsagar Tiwari, applied for transfer of land in his name after the death of his wife. The Joint Collector instructed Tehsildar Semaria to take action. Bandrao, a resident of Kunj Bihari Vishwakarma, applied for the demarcation of the land. The Joint Collector instructed Tehsildar Huzur to take action in the application. Amit Pathak resident of Khadda applied to stop his father Sushil Pathak from continuously selling land for drinking liquor. Joint Collector instructed Tehsildar Huzur to take appropriate action
