Rewa Today : शिशु एवं मातृ स्वास्थ्य की सुरक्षा के लिये मैदानी अमला सजग रहें कलेक्टर रीवा

रीवा मैं आज कलेक्टर श्रीमती प्रतिभा पाल की अध्यक्षता में जिला स्वास्थ्य समिति की बैठक संपन्न हुई। कलेक्ट्रेट के मोहन सभागार में आयोजित बैठक में कलेक्टर ने स्वास्थ्य अधिकारियों व चिकित्सकों को निर्देश दिये कि शिशु व मातृ स्वास्थ्य की सुरक्षा के लिये मैदानी विभागीय अमले को क्रियाशील रखें तथा सजगता से गर्भवती महिलाओं का पंजीयन करते हुए उनके स्वास्थ्य की सतत निगरानी रखें। उन्होंने संस्थागत प्रसव को बढ़ाने तथा नवजात शिशु के स्वास्थ्य के लिये शासन द्वारा संचालित विभागीय योजनाओं के लक्ष्यों की पूर्ति करने के निर्देश दिये।

कलेक्टर ने कहा कि स्वास्थ्य विभाग का प्रमुख कार्य ही है कि ग्रामीण व शहरी क्षेत्रों में बेहतर सुविधाएं मिले। हाई रिस्क गर्भवती महिलाओं की समय-समय पर जांच हों साथ ही माताओं व शिशुओं को सभी प्रकार के टीके समय पर लग जांय। उन्होंने आशा व एएनएम के समन्वय से गर्भवती महिलाओं के पंजीयन बढ़ाने तथा एनीमिया से पीड़ित महिलाओं की पहचानकर उनके शुरूआत से प्रसव के प्रबंध करने के निर्देश स्वास्थ्य विभाग की बैठक में दिये। कलेक्टर ने विकासखण्ड स्वास्थ्य अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि हाइपरटेंशन या अन्य बीमारी से गर्भवती महिला की प्रसव के दौरान मृत्यु न हो, उसे पर्याप्त चिकित्सा सुविधा मिले तथा सभी स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों में पर्याप्त मात्रा में रक्त की उपलब्धता रहे।

बैठक में बताया गया कि आगामी 7 अगस्त से 12 अगस्त तक, 11 सितंबर से 16 सितंबर तक एवं 9 अक्टूबर से 14 अक्टूबर तक तीन चरणों में ऐसे 5 वर्ष आयु तक के बच्चों का टीकाकरण किया जाना है जो कोविड काल में टीकाकरण से वंचित रह गये थे। कलेक्टर ने सभी तैयारियाँ पूरी कर कार्ययोजना बनाकर टीकाकरण का कार्य संपादित कराने के निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने कुपोषित बच्चों को पोषण सुर्नवास केन्द्रों में भर्ती कराकर उपचार सुविधा देने के भी निर्देश दिये । बैठक में दस्तक अभियान, राष्ट्रीय बाल स्वास्थ्य कार्यक्रम व कायाकल्प अभियान की भी विस्तार से जानकारी दी गई। राष्ट्रीय टीबी मुक्त कार्यक्रम व मलेरिया, डेंगू, चिकनगुनिया बीमारी के लिये पूरी सजगता से कार्य करने के निर्देश स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अमले को दिये गये। इस दौरान बताया गया कि अंधत्वनिकरण अभियान अन्तर्गत जिले में 11641 मरीजों की आंख का मोतियाबिंद का अपरेशन किया गया है। आयुष्मान भारत योजना के तहत जिले में 1099481 कार्ड जारी किये गये तथा 109100 मरीजों का 105 करोड़ रूपये से इलाज हुआ। कलेक्टर ने जिले में शेष पर गये पात्र-हितग्राहियों के आयुष्मान कार्ड बनाने के निर्देश दिये।

एमरजेंसी सेवाओं में 108 एम्बुलेंस के रोस्टर अनुसार समय पर गंतव्य तक पहुंचने की सतत मानीटरिंग के निर्देश कलेक्टर द्वारा दिये गये। उन्होंने शिशु व मातृ मृत्यु की समीक्षा के दौरान निर्देश दिये कि किन परिस्थिति में मृत्यु हुई इसका पूरी तरह परीक्षण हो तथा जिम्मेदार व्यक्तियों के विरूद्ध कार्यवाही भी प्रस्तावित करें। उन्होंने आगाह किया कि स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं के मामले में किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही क्षम्य नहीं होगी। बैठक में मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ. बीएल मिश्रा ने जिले में स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा संचालित योजनाओं की विस्तार से जानकारी दी। इस अवसर पर सिविल सर्जन डॉ. संजीव शुक्ला, जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी, महिला एवं बाल विकास श्रीमती प्रतिभा पाण्डेय, डॉ. बी.के. अग्निहोत्री, डॉ. मंजुल पाण्डेय डॉ. सुशील अवस्थी सहित चिकित्सक अधिकारी व कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।

Field staff should be alert for the safety of child and maternal health, Collector Rewa

The meeting of the District Health Committee was concluded in Rewa today under the chairmanship of Collector Mrs. Pratibha Pal. In the meeting held at Collectorate’s Mohan Auditorium, the Collector instructed the health officers and doctors to keep the field departmental staff active for the protection of child and maternal health and keep monitoring their health continuously by carefully registering pregnant women. He gave instructions to increase institutional delivery and fulfill the goals of departmental schemes run by the government for the health of the newborn.

The Collector said that the main task of the Health Department is to provide better facilities in rural and urban areas. High risk pregnant women should be examined from time to time, as well as mothers and babies should be given all types of vaccines on time. He gave instructions in the meeting of the Health Department to increase the registration of pregnant women with the coordination of ASHA and ANM and to identify women suffering from anemia and manage their delivery from the beginning. The collector directed the development block health officers that pregnant women should not die during delivery due to hypertension or other diseases, they should get adequate medical facilities and sufficient quantity of blood should be available in all health centres.

It was told in the meeting that from 7th August to 12th August, from 11th September to 16th September and from 9th October to 14th October, such children up to the age of 5 years who were deprived of vaccination during the Kovid period are to be vaccinated in three phases. Were. After completing all the preparations, the collector instructed to prepare an action plan and get the vaccination work done. He also gave instructions to provide treatment facilities to malnourished children by admitting them in nutrition rehabilitation centers. Detailed information about Dastak Abhiyan, National Child Health Program and Rejuvenation Campaign was also given in the meeting. Instructions were given to the staff of the Health Department to work with full vigilance for the National TB-free program and malaria, dengue, chikungunya disease. During this, it was told that under the blind removal campaign, 11641 patients have been operated for cataract in the district. Under Ayushman Bharat scheme, 1099481 cards were issued in the district and 109100 patients were treated with Rs 105 crore. The Collector gave instructions to make Ayushman cards of eligible beneficiaries who have gone to the rest of the district.

According to the roster of 108 ambulances in emergency services, instructions were given by the Collector for continuous monitoring to reach the destination on time. During the review of infant and maternal deaths, he directed that under what circumstances the deaths took place, it should be thoroughly investigated and also propose action against the responsible persons. He warned that any kind of negligence will not be forgiven in the matter of health facilities. In the meeting, Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. BL Mishra gave detailed information about the schemes run by the Health Department in the district. On this occasion, Civil Surgeon Dr. Sanjeev Shukla, District Program Officer, Women and Child Development Mrs. Pratibha Pandey, Dr. B.K. Agnihotri, Dr. Manjul Pandey, Dr. Sushil Awasthi along with medical officers and employees were present.
