 प्रदेश के सबसे बड़े कॉलेजों में से एक रीवा का टीआरएस कॉलेज जहां एक और पढ़ाई के क्षेत्र में नैक से ए ग्रेड प्राप्त कर चुका है वहीं दूसरी ओर जिला प्रशासन के सहयोग से लगातार अपने कालेज सहित रीवा शहर के बच्चों को रोजगार मेले के माध्यम से रोजगार भी उपलब्ध करा रहा है यह काम कर रही है डॉ अच्युत पांडे संभागीय नोडल अधिकारी विवेकानंद कैरियर काउंसिल और उनकी टीम के द्वारा लगातार टीआरएस कॉलेज में रोजगार मेले का आयोजन रोजगार से संबंधित कार्यक्रम का संचालन इसी क्रम में 17 मई को रोजगार मेले का आयोजन किया जाएगा जिसमें देश और प्रदेश स्तर की कई कंपनियां मौजूद रहेंगी जैसे मैन्युफैक्चरिंग ई-कॉमर्स कृषि स्किल डेवलपमेंट इंश्योरेंस से जुड़ी 15 से ज्यादा कंपनियां का मैनेजमेंट स्टाफ रीवा जिले के तमाम छात्र छात्राओं के इंटरव्यू करेगा जिस भी क्षेत्र में बच्चे का रूझान होगा बच्चा उस फील्ड में जा सकता है

 टीआरएस कॉलेज यही चाहता है डॉ अच्युत पांडे साफ तौर से कहते हैं हमारा मकसद केवल टीआरएस के बच्चों को रोजगार देना नहीं हमारा मकसद है पूरे रीवा जिले के बच्चों को रोजगार देने का वह भी उसके मनचाहे काम को अगर हम उपलब्ध करा पाए तो यह हमारा प्रयास होगा इसके लिए हम लगातार विविध क्षेत्रों में काम करने वाली कंपनियां समय-समय पर बुलाते रहते हैं इस बार लगभग 2000 से ज्यादा छोटी-बड़ी नौकरियों का इंतजाम हमने किया है जिसके लिए आवेदक की न्यूनतम आयु सीमा 18 से 40 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए शैक्षणिक योग्यता 12वीं से स्नातक होनी चाहिए जिसके लिए वेतनमान कम से कम ₹10000 ज्यादा से ज्यादा ₹15000 जो कि पदों के हिसाब से छात्र की योग्यता के हिसाब से निर्धारित किया जाएगा होगा टीआरएस कॉलेज का बहुत की एवं कंप्यूटर साइंस विभाग विभाग के शिक्षक और कर्मचारी जिन्हें यह जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है पूरी तरीके से अपने काम में जुटे हुए हैं वह चाहते हैं अपने जिले के बच्चे ज्यादा से ज्यादा काम में लग जाएं रोजगार में लग जाएं डॉ अच्युत पांडे ने रीवा जिले के तमाम छात्र छात्राओं से अपील की है रोजगार मेले में आए अपना मनपसंद रोजगार चुने अपने पैरों पर खड़े होने की कोशिश करें उसमें विभाग उनकी पूरी मदद करेगा
