आरोपियों को सजा दिलाने के लिए सामाजिक संस्थाएं कर रही है सराहनीय कार्य । जिसके चलते पास्को के एक आरोपी को 21 साल की सजा सुनाई गई स्टेट बनाम विकास भारती में प्रकरण जो की रीवा के विशेष नयालय में चला रहा था जिसमें आरोपी को 21 वर्ष की सजा हुई तथा जुर्माना भी लगाया गया हैं। हम आपको बता दें पिछले 3 वर्षो से कैलाश सत्यार्थी चिल्ड्रन फाउंडेशन के साथ जुड़ कर रीवा जिले की सामाजिक संस्था समग्र जन चेतना विकाश परिषद । बच्चों से जुड़े मुद्दों को लेकर लगातार कार्य कर रही है । जिसमे बाल शर्म ,बाल यौन शौषण, बाल अधिकार इत्यादि। इसी श्रृंखला में बाल यौन शोषण से पीड़ित परिवारों को मदद संस्था द्वारा की जारही है। यह मदद कई चरणों में की जा रही है।जिसके तहत पीड़ित को संस्था द्वारा वकील दिलाना,सहायता राशि दिलवाने में मदद करना, काउंसलिंग करना इत्यादि कार्य किया जारहे है। संस्था के सचिव सुमित सिंह एवं एडवोकेट कौशालेश पटेल के मुताबिक अब तक दो सौ से ज्यादा मामले में प्रत्यक्ष एवं अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से पीड़ित परिवार की मदद कर चुकी हैं। जिसमे से अभी 55 से ज्यादा प्रकरण है। जो न्यायालय में चल रहे है। जिसमे से कई प्रकरण में आरोपियों को सजा हुई है। उक्त प्रकरण लोग अभियोजन अधिकारी रवींद्र सिंह ने भी महत्व पूर्ण भूमिका निभाई।

POCSO accused sentenced to 21 years

Social organizations are doing commendable work to get the accused punished. Due to which one of the accused of Pasco was sentenced to 21 years. The case in State vs. Vikas Bharti, which was going on in the special court of Rewa, in which the accused was sentenced to 21 years and also fined. Let us tell you that for the last 3 years, Samagra Jan Chetna Vikas Parishad, a social organization of Rewa district, has been associated with Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation. She is continuously working on issues related to children. In which child shame, child sexual abuse, child rights etc. In this series, the organization is helping the families suffering from child sexual abuse. This help is being done in several stages. Under which the organization provides a lawyer to the victim, helps in getting the amount of assistance, counseling, etc. are being done. According to the organization’s secretary Sumit Singh and advocate Kaushalesh Patel, so far, in more than two hundred cases, it has directly and indirectly helped the victim’s family. Out of which there are more than 55 cases now. that are going on in court. In many of which the accused have been punished. Public Prosecution Officer Ravindra Singh also played an important role in the said case.
