Rewa Today Desk : अपहरण और दुष्कर्म के आरोपी को 10 साल की सजा रीवा न्यायालय का फैसला सिमरिया का है मामला रीवा जिले के सिमरिया तहसील अंतर्गत अपहरण और दुष्कर्म के मामले में एक बड़ा फैसला आया है. रीवा जिला न्यायालय से आरोपी को 10 साल की सजा सुनाई गई है. मिली जानकारी के अनुसार रीवा जिले के सिमरिया थाना अंतर्गत दुष्कर्म और पोक्सो एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज था. हम आपको बता दें, पूरा मामला क्या है, आरोपी वाहिद खान पुत्र शुबराती खान उम्र 20 साल निवासी वार्ड क्रमांक 7 सिमरिया का रहने वाला था.
इसके खिलाफ पिडीता ने सिमरिया थाने में अपहरण और दुष्कर्म की शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी. 14 फरवरी 2022 को पिडीता के अनुसार वह सुबह 10:00 बजे के आसपास घर से निकली थी, स्कूल जाने के लिए, रास्ते में सिमरिया नगर परिषद के पास आरोपी वाहिद खान लड़की को मिला. आरोपी लड़की के चचेरे भाई का दोस्त था. जिसकी वजह से वह उसको पहचानती थी. आरोपी ने लड़की को बोला चलो बाइक में बैठो कुछ खा कर आते हैं. पहले तो लड़की ने मना किया उसके बाद जब लड़के ने कहा जल्दी आ जाएंगे, तुम्हारे स्कूल का नुकसान नहीं होगा. लड़की को आरोपी वाहिद खान अपनी बाइक में बैठा कर पहले बिरसिंहपुर सतना शंकर भगवान के मंदिर ले गया. मंदिर में दोनों आधे घंटे रुके, उसके बाद वापस से सेमारिया के लिए चल दिए. रास्ते में गढ़वा के आगे पहाड़ के पास एक सुनसान जगह पर आरोपी ने गाड़ी रोकी.
जब पिडीता ने गाड़ी रोकने का कारण पूछा, तो बोला बताता हूं, गाड़ी मैंने क्यों रोकी. लड़की को किनारे ले जाकर उसने जबर्दस्ती दुष्कर्म की घटना को अंजाम दिया. लड़की भाग कर पैदल ही सिमरिया की ओर जाने लगी. तब आरोपी ने लड़की को गाड़ी में दोबारा बैठाया और सिमरिया छोड़ दिया. रास्ते में लड़की का भाई लड़की को मिला. दोनों घर पहुंचे, लड़की ने पूरी बात अपने माता-पिता को बताई. और उनके साथ सिमरिया थाने पहुंचकर लड़के की शिकायत की. पुलिस ने मामले की गंभीरता को समझते हुए तत्काल ही प्रकरण पंजीबद्ध किया. और मामले को न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत किया. जहां दोनों पक्षों की दलील सुनने के बाद माननीय न्यायालय ने पीड़िता की बात को सही मानते हुए आरोपी को 10 साल की सजा सुनाई है

The case is of Simaria. A big decision has come in the case of kidnapping and rape under Simaria tehsil of Rewa district. The accused has been sentenced to 10 years imprisonment from Rewa District Court. According to the information received, a case was registered under Simaria police station of Rewa district under rape and POCSO Act. Let us tell you, what is the whole matter, the accused Wahid Khan son of Shubrati Khan, aged 20 years, was a resident of Ward No. 7 Simaria.
The victim had lodged a complaint against this in Simaria police station for kidnapping and rape. According to the victim, on 14 February 2022, she had left home around 10:00 am to go to school, on the way she met accused Wahid Khan girl near Simaria Municipal Council. The accused was a friend of the girl’s cousin. Because of which she recognized him. The accused told the girl to sit in the bike and come back after eating something. At first the girl refused, then when the boy said that he will come soon, your school will not be harmed. Accused Wahid Khan first took the girl to Satna Shankar Lord Temple in Birsinghpur on his bike. Both of them stayed in the temple for half an hour, after which they left back for Semaria. On the way, the accused stopped the car at a deserted place near the mountain in front of Garhwa.
When the victim asked the reason for stopping the car, he said, “Let me tell you why I stopped the car.” He took the girl to the shore and forcibly raped her. The girl ran away and started walking towards Simaria. Then the accused made the girl sit in the car again and left Simaria. The girl met the girl’s brother on the way. Both of them reached home, the girl told the whole story to her parents. And along with them reached Simaria police station and complained about the boy. Understanding the seriousness of the matter, the police immediately registered the case. And presented the case in the court. Where after hearing the arguments of both the parties, the Honorable Court accepted the statement of the victim and sentenced the accused to 10 years imprisonment.
