Rewa Today News : दस्तक अभियान के दौरान स्वास्थ्य अमला पहुंचेगा घर घर

रीवा में दस्तक अभियान का प्रथम चरण 18 जुलाई से 31 अगस्त तक संचालित किया जायेगा। इस दौरान स्वास्थ्य एवं महिला बाल विकास विभाग के मैदानी कार्यकर्ताओ के संयुक्त दल द्वारा 6 माह से 5 वर्ष आयु वर्ग के बच्चों के घर-घर जाकार उनकी चिकित्सकीय जॉच एवं आवश्यक उपचार/प्रबंधन एवं प्रमुख बाल्यकालीन बीमारियों की सक्रिय पहचान की जायेगी।मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ. बी.एल.मिश्रा ने बताया कि जिले में दस्तक अभियान के तहत 0 से 5 साल के लगभग 276499 बच्चों को दस्तक दल द्वारा घर-घर जाकर स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं दी जावेगी । ऐसे बच्चे जिनका हीमोग्लोबिन 7 ग्राम से कम है, उन्हें ब्लड ट्रांसफ्यूजन किया जावेगा। अभियान के अंतर्गत एएनएम, आशा तथा आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता दल बनाकर घर-घर पहुंचकर दस्तक अभियान संचालित करेगी।

उल्लेखनीय है कि दस्तक अभियान बाल मृत्यु में कमी लाने के लिए प्रत्येक वर्ष हर 6 माह के अन्तराल मे चलाया जाता है। जिसके अन्तर्गत गंभीर एनीमिया, बच्चों को दस्त रोग, कुपोषण, जन्मजात विकृतियां एवं वृद्धि विलंब और अन्य गंभीर बीमारियों से पीड़ित बच्चों की पहचान की जाती है। साथ ही जांच के दौरान टीकाकृत और टीकाकरण से छूटे बच्चों की जानकारी ली जावेगी जिससे अटीकाकृत बच्चो को टीकाकृत किया जा सकें ।

The first phase of Dastak Abhiyan will be conducted in Rewa from July 18 to August 31. During this, a joint team of field workers of Health and Women and Child Development Department will go door-to-door for medical examination and necessary treatment/management of children in the age group of 6 months to 5 years and active identification of major childhood diseases. Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. BL Mishra said that under the Dastak campaign in the district, about 276499 children of 0 to 5 years will be provided door-to-door health facilities by the Dastak team. Children whose hemoglobin is less than 7 grams will be given blood transfusion. Under the campaign, ANM, Asha and Anganwadi workers will reach door-to-door and run Dastak campaign by forming teams.

It is noteworthy that Dastak Abhiyan is run every year at an interval of every 6 months to reduce child mortality. Under which children suffering from severe anemia, diarrheal disease, malnutrition, congenital malformations and growth delay and other serious diseases are identified. Along with this, the information of the children who were vaccinated and left out of vaccination will be taken during the investigation so that unvaccinated children can be vaccinated.
