उसे कई राज्यों में ब्लैक लिस्ट कर दिया गया है लेकिन उसका नाम उजागर नहीं किया जा रहा। उक्त विचार एनएसयूआई नेता रवि सुमित सिंह ने व्यक्त करते सवाल किया कि आखिर मध्यप्रदेश में ही परीक्षा में घोटाला क्यों होता है जो परीक्षा के सेंटर भारतीय जनता पार्टी के नेताओं के होते हैं चाहे वह एनएचएम की परीक्षा हो चाहे पटवारी चयन की परीक्षा हो व्यापम लूट की दुकान हो गई है और अब इसका संरक्षण मुख्यमंत्री का हो गया तो फिर क्या कहना ही
क्या 31 मार्च 2023 की स्थिति में व्यापम के पास 386 करोड की फिक्स डिपाजिट है 151 करोड रुपए बैंकों में बचत खाते और चालू खाते में जमा है तथा 186 करोड रुपए का उसने रेट दे रखा है यानी सब मिलाकर 723 करोड इनके पास नगद पूजी है इतने बड़े मध्यप्रदेश में 10 विद्यार्थी जोकि टॉप टेन में है उनमें से 7 छात्र ग्वालियर के एन आर आई कॉलेज के ही क्यों यह चिंता का विषय है उत्तर पुस्तिका के अध्ययन करने पर मिला है कि छात्रों ने अपना हस्ताक्षर हिंदी में किया है जबकि इनका अंग्रेजी विषय में 25 में 25 अंक प्राप्त हुआ एवं कुछ ऐसे छात्र हैं जिन्होंने पहली बार इस परीक्षा में बैठे थे जिससे यह सिद्ध होता है कि परीक्षा में एक महीना पहले सिलेबस में बदलाव किया गया और इतनी जल्दी 8 विषयों में इतना अच्छा स्कोर करना असंभव है साथी घोटाले में ग्वालियर चंबल संभाग का नाम किसी से छिपा नहीं है जबकि भोपाल और इंदौर जैसे महानगर शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में बहुत आगे हैं हाल ही में व्यापम घोटाले को लेकर ग्वालियर के दो कॉलेजों का नाम आ चुका है इनकी जांच चल रही विगत वर्ष 2022 में शिक्षक भर्ती वर्ग 3 की परीक्षा में फर्जीवाड़ा सामने आया था जिसने एनीडेक्स के जरिए स्क्रीन शेयर करने का अंजाम दिया था तभी भी यही ब्लैक लिस्ट परीक्षा एजेंसी थी एनएसयूआई नेता रवि सुमित सिंह ने इस घोटाले की निष्पक्ष तरीके से सीबीआई जांच की मांग की है। वार्ता में मुन्नीलाल बैगा आदिवासी छात्र संगठन अध्यक्ष, सौरभ शुक्ला जिला अध्यक्ष आईटी सेल, अमित कोल, रवि साकेत भी उपस्थित रहे।
