हत्या के मामले में रीवा की अदालत ने सुनाई दोहरे आजीवन कारावास की सजा

रीवा की अदालत ने आज से दो साल पहले हुए हत्या के मामले में सजा सुनाते हुए आरोपी को दोहरे आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई है जिस अदालत ने फैसला सुनाया उसे अदालत में माननीय न्यायाधीश महोदय का सेवानिवृत्त का यह आखिरी दिन था लेकिन उन्होंने आज के दिन भी अपराधी को नहीं बख्शा दोषी को कठोर कारावास आजीवन कारावास जैसे दंड से दंडित किया अपने पूरे कार्यकाल के दौरान उन्होंने निष्पक्ष तरीके से फैसला सुनाते हुए आरोपियों को कड़ा दंड और निर्दोष को बरी करने में देरी नहीं की हम आपको बता दें

दरअसल पूरा मामला क्या है हत्याकांड कब क्यों और कहां और कैसे हुआ था नईगढ़ी थाना अंतर्गत भीर जयसवाल मोहल्ले में हुए इस हत्याकांड की कहानी कुछ इस तरीके से है रामअवतार साकेत मजदूरी का काम किया करता था उसने अवधेश साहू पिता बृजभान साहू उम्र 44 साल भीर जयसवाल मोहल्ला नईगढ़ी के यहां पहले मजदूरी की थी 26 तारीख को अपने मजदूरी के पैसे मांगने गया था उस दौरान अवधेश साहू वहीं पर लकड़ी काट रहा था पैसे मांगते में अवधेश ने मना किया तब रामअवतार ने कहा उसे पैसे की सख्त जरूरत है पैसा दे दो इसी विवाद में अवधेश साहू ने कुल्हाड़ी मारकर रामअवतार साकेत की हत्या कर दी और अपने घर की तरफ भाग गया इस बात को मोहल्ले के कई लोगों ने देखा रामअवतार के भतीजे रामसागर साकेत में 26 नवंबर 2022 को दोपहर 12:30 नईगढ़ी थाने में पहुंचकर इस बात की रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई थी उसके चाचा रामअवतार साकेत थी कुल्हाड़ी से मारकर अवधेश साहू ने हत्या कर दी है पुलिस ने 20 बटा 22 प्रकरण पंजीबद्ध करते हुए मामले को पंजीबद्ध किया और 26 नवंबर 2021 को अपराध पंजीबद्ध करते हुए धारा 302 में और 294 में मामला दर्ज करते हुए अनुसूचित जाति अनुसूचित जनजाति अत्याचार निवारण अधिनियम के तहत मामला न्यायालय में पेश किया सरकारी वकील एसपी पांडे और राकेश निगम ने मामले की पैरवी करते हुए आरोप सिद्ध करते हुए अवधेश साहू को कड़ी सजा देने की मांग की जिसके चलते सी एम उपाध्याय की विशेष अदालत फैसला सुनाते हुए धारा 302 में आजीवन कारावास और ₹100 जुर्माने की सजा सुनाई है वही धारा 3(2)(5) एससी एक्ट के तहत आजीवन कारावास और ₹100 जुर्माना की सजा सुनाई है हत्या के मामले में कुल्हाड़ी मारकर अपराध सिद्ध होना पाया जाने पर आजीवन कारावास क्योंकि आरोपी एससी एसटी एक्ट के तहत आता था इसलिए उसके तहत भी आजीवन कारावास की सजा माननीय न्यायालय ने सुनाइए
