Rewa Today Desk : देश के गृहमंत्री अमित शाह ने अपनी सरकार के 9 साल पूरा होने पर एक शब्द का इस्तेमाल किया था सैंगोल जिसके बारे में कहा जा रहा है हमारी प्राचीन परंपराओं से जुड़ा हुआ है इतिहास के पन्नों में दर्ज है जिसे 14 अगस्त 1947 की रात को देश के पहले प्रधानमंत्री पंडित जवाहरलाल नेहरू ने स्वीकारा था सेंगोल को संस्कृत के शंकु से लिया गया है जिसका अर्थ है शंख प्राचीन काल में इसे राजदंड भी कहते थे भारत जब आजाद हुआ तब इसी सैंगोल को अंग्रेजों से सत्ता मिलने का प्रतीक माना गया

जिसे अब नए संसद भवन में स्थापित करने की तैयारी की जा रही है फिलहाल सैंगोल को इलाहाबाद के संग्रहालय में देखा जा सकता है भारत के आजादी के समय ब्रिटिश वायसराय लॉर्ड माउंटबेटन और पहले प्रधानमंत्री पंडित जवाहरलाल नेहरू के बीच सत्ता का आदान-प्रदान हो रहा था उसी दौरान लॉर्ड माउंटबेटन ने इसका जिक्र किया था तब राजगोपाल चारी ने बताया था सेंगोल की प्रक्रिया के बारे में उसके बाद तमिलनाडु से इस सैंगोल को लाया गया था और पंडित नेहरू को 14 अगस्त की रात्रि 12:00 बजे दिया गया था माना गया था अब सत्ता अंग्रेजों ने नेहरू को सौंप दी सेंगोल के माध्यम से सेंगोल यानी शंख को पवित्र माना जाता है भारतवर्ष में भगवान श्रीकृष्ण भी शंख बजाते देखे गए हैं हर पवित्र कार्य पूजा पाठ में सबसे पहले शंख ही बजाया जाता है इसी सेंगोल को नए संसद भवन के उद्घाटन के मौके पर अध्यक्ष की सीट के पास लगाया जाएगा जिसकी तैयारी जोर शोर से चल रही है

Sengol is derived from Sanskrit Shanku which means conch shell, in ancient times it was also called scepter. Sangol was considered a symbol of getting power from the British, which is now being prepared to be installed in the new Parliament House. At present, Sangol can be seen in the Allahabad Museum.

 At the time of India’s independence, the British Viceroy Lord Mountbatten and the first Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Power was being exchanged between the same time Lord Mountbatten mentioned it, then Rajagopal Chari told about the process of Sengol, after that this Sengol was brought from Tamil Nadu and Pandit Nehru was sent to Pandit Nehru on the night of 14th August at 12 It was given at :00 o’clock, it was believed that now the power was handed over to Nehru by the British. Through Sengol, the conch shell is considered sacred. In India, even Lord Krishna has been seen blowing the conch shell. It is known that this Sengol will be installed near the Speaker’s seat on the occasion of the inauguration of the new Parliament House, for which preparations are going on loudly.
