 अवैध कालोनियों के विकास कार्य की हुई शुरूआत शहर की कालोनियाँ होगी बैध

Rewa Today Desk : प्रदेश में अवैध कालोनियों के विकास के लिए कार्य की आज से शुरूआत हुई। अब दिसंबर 2022 तक की स्थिति में अवैध कालोनियों को बैध कर दिया गया है। प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने भोपाल से इस कार्यक्रम को संबोधित किया जिसका लाइव प्रसारण देखा व सुना गया। निगम के टाउन हॉल में शहर की बहुप्रतीक्षित अवैध कालोनी के विकास कार्य एवं भवन अनुज्ञा के कार्यक्रम के आयोजन का सीधा प्रसारण किया गया। जिसमें शहर के 40 अवैध कालोनियों को नियमित किया गया। इस दौरान विभिन्न हितग्राहियों को बैध कालोनी का प्रमाण पत्र वितरित किया गया साथ ही मुख्यमंत्री जन सेवा अभियान के तहत अन्य 31 कालोनियों को भी नियमित करने की कार्यवाही होगी।

कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित पूर्व मंत्री एवं रीवा विधायक राजेन्द्र शुक्ल  ने कहा कि जो लोग अवैध कालोनी में प्लाट लिये थे उनको विल्डिंग परमीशन नही मिल पा रही थी एवं माकान का निर्माण नही हो पा रहा था ऐसी शहर की कुल 71 कालोनियॉ थी जो अवैध थी और पूरे मध्यप्रदेश में 42 हजार अबैध कालोनियॉ थी जो अब बैध हो गई है। अब नगर निगम मकान बनाने की अनुमति दे सकता है और अब वो अपना माकान बनवा सकते है। जिसके लिये हम लोग निरंतर भोपाल में इन अवैध कालोनियों को बैध कराने का लगातार प्रयास कर रहे थे जिसका परिणाम आज सामने है। कर्मचारियों/अधिकारियों ने इस कार्य में मेहनत की है अब उस कार्य में हम गति ला सकते है। उन्होंने निगमायुक्त को बधाई दी कि उनके निर्देशन में बहुत जल्दी ही इस कार्य को पूरा कराया गया। रीवा शहर में जिन हजारो लोगो को अवैध घर थे उनको विल्डिंग परमीशन के लिये लाभ मिला, और साथ ही 67 ऐसे घर जिनको आज विल्डिंग परमीशन दी गई है। कार्यक्रम में पार्षद समीर शुक्ला, संजय खॉन, अम्बुज रजक, ज्योती सिंह, शालिगराम नापित एवं अधीक्षण यंत्री शैलेन्द्र शुक्ल, कार्यपालन यंत्री एसके चतुर्वेदी, एचके त्रिपाठी व अन्य अधिकारी कर्मचारी, कंसलटेन्ट एवं हितग्राही मौजूद रहें।

Former minister and Rewa MLA Rajendra Shukla present in the program said that those who had taken plots in illegal colonies were not getting building permission and the houses were not being constructed. There were 71 colonies in the city which were illegal and the whole There were 42 thousand illegal colonies in Madhya Pradesh which have now become legal. Now the Municipal Corporation can give permission to build houses and now they can get their houses built. For which we were constantly trying to make these illegal colonies legal in Bhopal, the result of which is in front today. The employees/officers have worked hard in this work, now we can speed up that work. He congratulated the corporator that this work was completed very quickly under his direction. Thousands of people who had illegal houses in Rewa city got benefits for building permission, and also 67 such houses which have been given building permission today. Councilors Sameer Shukla, Sanjay Khan, Ambuj Rajak, Jyoti Singh, Shaligram Napit and Superintending Engineer Shailendra Shukla, Executive Engineer SK Chaturvedi, HK Tripathi and other officers, employees, consultants and beneficiaries were present in the programme.
