Rewa Today Desk : पढ़ाई क्यों जरूरी है यह बता दिया महापौर रीवा और कांग्रेस पार्षद दल् ने जब नगर परिषद के अध्यक्ष को उन्हीं के द्वारा बुलाई बैठक को निरस्त करना पड़ा भारतीय जनता पार्टी के पार्षदों ने परिषद अध्यक्ष वेंकटेश पांडे को 2 जून को परिषद का विशेष सम्मेलन बुलाने का पत्र दिया था पत्र के आधार पर अध्यक्ष वेंकटेश पांडे परिषद की बैठक बुला ली लेकिन जैसे ही इस बात की जानकारी महापौर और कांग्रेसी पार्षदों को हुई उन्होंने तत्काल ही परिषद की बैठक को नियम विरुद्ध बताते हुए कमिश्नर रीवा को पत्र भेज दिया पत्र में नियम कानून का हवाला था कांग्रेसी पार्षदों का कहना था 2 जून को आयोजित किया जा रहा विशेष सम्मेलन मध्य प्रदेश नगर पालिका अधिनियम 1956 की धारा 30 के अंतर्गत बुलाया गया है जो पूर्णता असंवैधानिक है जिसमें अधिनियम 18 एवं 23 का में उल्लेख है कि महापौर और अध्यक्ष की सहमति के बिना कोई बैठक की तिथि निर्धारित नहीं की जा सकती विपक्ष के कहने पर निगम अध्यक्ष ने महापौर से सहमत लिए बिना ही विशेष बैठक बुलाई जो पूर्णता असंवैधानिक है बस फिर क्या था पत्र की कॉपी सोशल मीडिया में वायरल हो गई इस बात की जानकारी जैसे ही परिषद अध्यक्ष वेंकटेश पांडे को हुई उन्होंने बगैर देर किए ही तत्काल ही बैठक  निरस्त कर दी 2 जून को आयोजित होने वाले सातवे  विशेष सम्मेलन को लेकर कामकाज की कार्य सूची का अनुमोदन प्रक्रियात्मक त्रुटि बस महापौर से प्राप्त नहीं किया गया अध्यक्ष की आज्ञा से उक्त सम्मेलन को निरस्त किया जाता है दरअसल रीवा में इन दिनों नगर सुधार न्यास के द्वारा किसी जमाने में बनाई जा रही योजना क्रमांक 6 को लेकर विवाद जारी है महापौर रीवा अजय मिश्रा बाबा का कहना है यह अवैध कॉलोनी का मामला नहीं है यह अवैध अतिक्रमण का मामला है लेकिन लोगों ने जमीन खरीदी है घर बना लिए हैं बसाहट हो गई है मैं महापौर हूं मैं रीवा की जनता का महापौर हूं मुझे रीवा की जनता ने अपने काम के लिए चुना है इसलिए योजना क्रमांक छह में रहने वाले लोगों की जिम्मेदारी मेरी है मैं उनका अहित नहीं होने दूंगा भारतीय जनता पार्टी के लोग चुनाव आते ही इस तरीके के मुद्दे को उठाते हैं भारतीय जनता पार्टी के रीवा विधायक अगर चाहते तो मंत्रिमंडल से एक लाइन का प्रस्ताव पास कराते लेकिन उन्होंने ऐसा नहीं किया उन्हें लगता है यह मामला ऐसे ही विवादित रहे कभी न सुलझे महापौर के आरोप के बाद अब बारी है भारतीय जनता पार्टी की देखना है इस मसले पर उनकी तरफ से क्या कुछ बयान आता है लेकिन महापौर ने इस बात को तो साबित कर ही दिया रीवा शहर के मतदाताओं ने उनको चुना है नगर निगम में नियम कानून की ही चलेगी पिछले 15 साल से नगर निगम में जो कुछ हुआ अब नहीं होगा
