मध्य प्रदेश के सीएम शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने आज कर्मचारियों के हित में बड़ी घोषणा की है जिसका लाभ यकीनन कर्मचारियों को मिलेगा उनकी वित्तीय स्थिति में सुधार होगा मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा है राज्य के कर्मचारियों को केंद्र के समान मिलेगा 42 प्रतिशत महंगाई भत्ता दिया जाएगा साथ हीजनवरी से जून तक महंगाई भत्ते का एरियर 3 समान किस्तों में मिलेगा42% महंगाई भत्ता जुलाई माह के वेतन में जुड़कर मिलेगा जो कि अगस्त माह से दिया जायेगा । इसी के साथछठवां वेतनमान प्राप्त कर रहे कर्मचारियों के महंगाई भत्ते में भी समानुपातिक वृद्धि होगी साथ ही उन कर्मचारियों के लिए भी बेहतर घोषणा की गई है जो निकट भविष्य में अपनी नौकरी के आखिरी दौर में पहुंच गए हैं1 जुलाई 2023 तक सेवा के 35 वर्ष पूर्ण करने वाले कर्मचारियों को चतुर्थ समयमान वेतनमान मिलेगा मुख्यमंत्रीकी इस घोषणा से कर्मचारियों को काफी लाभ होगा इसका फायदा भारतीय जनता पार्टी को आगामी आने वाले चुनाव में भी मिल सकता है
