 मुख्यमंत्री कोलगढ़ी जीर्णोद्धार का शिलान्यास करने आएंगे त्योंथर

9 जून को मुख्यमंत्री  शिवराज सिंह चौहान रीवा जिले के त्योंथर आगमन हो रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री दोपहर 1.20 बजे भोपाल से वायुयान से प्रस्थान कर दोपहर 2 बजे खजुराहो एयरपोर्ट पहुंचेंगे। खजुराहो एयरपोर्ट से दोपहर 2.05 बजे हेलीकाप्टर से प्रस्थान कर मुख्यमंत्री दोपहर 2.55 बजे हेलीपैड त्योंथर पहुंचेंगे।

मुख्यमंत्री हेलीपैड से कोलगढ़ी परिसर पहुंचकर कोलगढ़ी के जीर्णोद्धार का शिलान्यास करेंगे। कोलगढ़ी पहुंचने पर मुख्यमंत्री  का परंपरागत कोल जनजातीय लोकनृत्य कोलदहका से स्वागत किया जाएगा। इसके बाद मुख्यमंत्री शासकीय उत्कृष्ट विद्यालय के समीप आयोजित कोल जनजातीय सम्मेलन में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में शामिल होंगे। समारोह में मुख्यमंत्री  त्योंथर उद्वहन सिंचाई परियोजना का शिलान्यास करेंगे तथा आवासीय भू अधिकार योजना से हितग्राहियों को भू अधिकार पत्रों का वितरण करेंगे। कार्यक्रम के बाद मुख्यमंत्री शाम 5 बजे हेलीकाप्टर से त्योंथर से प्रस्थान कर 5.50 बजे खजुराहो एयरपोर्ट पहुंचेंगे। मुख्यमंत्री  चौहान खजुराहो से शाम 6 बजे वायुयान से प्रस्थान कर शाम 6.40 बजे भोपाल पहुंचेंगे मुख्यमंत्री त्योंथर में 3.24 करोड़ रूपये की लागत से कोलगढ़ी के जीणोद्धार का भूमिपूजन करेंगे। इसके बाद मुख्यमंत्री उत्कृष्ट विद्यालय के समीप आयोजित कोल जनजातीय सम्मेलन में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में शामिल होंगे। समारोह में मुख्यमंत्री चौहान मध्यप्रदेश वासस्थान रख दखलकार एक्ट 1980 के तहत कोल समुदाय के 3831 हितग्राहियों को भू अधिकार पत्र (पट्टे) प्रदान करेंगे। पूरे जिले में अब तक वासस्थान दखलकार एक्ट के तहत 12094 हितग्राहियों को लाभान्वित किया गया है। 

इस संबंध में कलेक्टर श्रीमती प्रतिभा पाल ने बताया कि वासस्थान रखतकार एक्ट के तहत उन हितग्राहियों को आवासीय भूमि के पट्टे दिये जाते हैं जो वरसों से किसी अन्य की भूमि पर निवासरत हैं। योजना का लाभ केवल भूमिहीनों को दिया जा रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री आवासी भू अधिकार योजना से तहसील हनुमना में 900, सिरमौर में 715, त्योंथर 590, जवा के 389 सेमरिया के 387, मनगवां 334 गुढ़ में 157, नईगढ़ी में 137, मऊगंज में 137 रायपुर कर्चुलियान में 67 तथा हुजूर तहसील हुजूर में 18 भूअधिकार पत्र वितरित किये गये हैं। व्यक्ति वरसों से जिस जमीन में घर बना के रह-रहा वहां उसे घर बनाने के लिये जमीन का पट्टे मिल गये है। इस पट्टे द्वारा उन्हें अपने की जमीन मालिकान हक मिल गया है। पट्टे के रूप में संपत्ति का दस्तावेज हाथ में होने से बैंक से ऋण या अन्य सहायता प्राप्त करने की सुविधा मिल जायेगी। मुख्यमंत्री जी के हर भूमिहीन की आवासीय भूमि का अधिकार पत्र देने के संकल्प को पूरा करने में योजना सफल हो रही है

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan is arriving at Tyonthar in Rewa district on June 9. The Chief Minister will leave Bhopal at 1.20 pm and reach Khajuraho airport at 2 pm. Departing by helicopter from Khajuraho airport at 2.05 pm, the Chief Minister will reach the helipad at Tyonthar at 2.55 pm. The Chief Minister will reach the Kolgarhi campus from the helipad and lay the foundation stone for the renovation of Kolgarhi. On reaching Kolgarhi, the Chief Minister would be welcomed with Koldahka, a traditional Kol tribal folk dance. After this, the Chief Minister will attend the Kol Tribal Conference organized near the Government Excellent School as the chief guest. In the function, the Chief Minister will lay the foundation stone of Tyonthar Lift Irrigation Project and will distribute land rights letters to the beneficiaries of the Residential Land Rights Scheme. After the program, the Chief Minister will leave from Tyonthar by helicopter at 5 pm and reach Khajuraho airport at 5.50 pm. Chief Minister Chouhan will leave from Khajuraho at 6 pm and reach Bhopal at 6.40 pm. The Chief Minister will perform Bhumi Pujan for the revival of Kolgarhi at Tyonthar at a cost of Rs 3.24 crore. After this, the Chief Minister will attend the Kol Tribal Conference organized near the Excellence School as the chief guest. At the function, Chief Minister Chouhan will provide land rights letters (lease) to 3831 beneficiaries of the coal community under the Madhya Pradesh Resident Occupants Act, 1980. So far, 12094 beneficiaries have been benefited under the Home Occupants Act in the entire district.

In this regard, Collector Smt. Pratibha Pal said that under the Resident Occupancy Act, residential land leases are given to those beneficiaries who have been living on someone else’s land for years. The benefit of the scheme is being given only to the landless. 900 in Tehsil Hanumana, 715 in Sirmour, 590 in Tyonthar, 389 in Jawa, 387 in Semaria, 157 in Mangawan 334, 137 in Naigarhi, 137 in Naigarhi, 137 in Mauganj, 67 in Raipur Karchulian and 18 in Huzur tehsil Huzur under the Mukhyamantri Awasi Bhu Adhikar Yojana. have been distributed. The land where a person has been living for years by building a house, he has got the lease of the land to build a house there. Through this lease, they have got their land ownership rights. Having the property document in hand in the form of a lease will provide the facility to get loan or other assistance from the bank. The scheme is being successful in fulfilling the resolution of the Chief Minister to give the right letter of residential land to every landless.
