 समय पर काम ना करने के लिए बदनाम राजस्व अधिकारियों ने बनाया रिकॉर्ड जानिए कैसे

मुख्यमंत्री जन सेवा अभियान के तहत रीवा जिले में कलेक्टर प्रतिभा पाल के नेतृत्व में राजस्व अधिकारियों द्वारा 25 मई को अविवादित नामांतरण तथा सीमांकन का महाअभियान चलाया गया। अभियान के तहत जिले में राजस्व अधिकारियों द्वारा एक ही दिन में 3979 राजस्व प्रकरणों का निराकरण किया गया। इस संबंध में अपर कलेक्टर नीलमणि अग्निहोत्री ने बताया कि अभियान के तहत तहसील जवा में सीमांकन के 124 प्रकरण निराकृत किए गए। शेष सभी तहसीलों में अविवादित नामांतरण के प्रकरणों का निराकरण किया गया। तहसील हुजूर में अविवादित नामांतरण के सर्वाधिक 740 प्रकरण निराकृत किए गए। इसी तरह तहसील गुढ़ में 198, नईगढ़ी में 456, मऊगंज में 429, सिरमौर में 335, तहसील सेमरिया में 355, हनुमना में 309, त्योंथर में 272, रायपुर कर्चुलियान में 235 तथा मनगवां में 466 अविवादित नामांतरण के प्रकरण निराकृत किए गए। इसमें तहसीलदार तथा नायब तहसीलदारों द्वारा निराकृत प्रकरण शामिल हैं। इन सभी निराकृत प्रकरणों को जन सेवा अभियान पोर्टल तथा आरसीएमएस पोर्टल में अपलोड किया जा रहा है। अपर कलेक्टर ने सभी एसडीएम, तहसीलदार, नायब तहसीलदार तथा राजस्व विभाग के अन्य कर्मचारियों को अभियान को सफल बनाने में सहयोग देने के लिए बधाई दी है। 3979 मामले एक दिन में ही निपटा देना या कोई मामूली काम नहीं था बेहतर प्लानिंग के साथ बेहतर मॉनिटरिंग जिसके चलते राजस्व अधिकारियों का यह रिकॉर्ड बन पाया

Under the Chief Minister’s Public Service Campaign, a grand campaign of undisputed renaming and demarcation was conducted on May 25 by the revenue officials under the leadership of Collector Pratibha Pal in Rewa district. Under the campaign, 3979 revenue cases were resolved in a single day by the revenue officers in the district. In this regard, Additional Collector Neelmani Agnihotri said that under the campaign, 124 demarcation cases were resolved in Tehsil Jawa. In all the remaining tehsils, the cases of undisputed transfer of names were resolved. In Tehsil Huzur, maximum 740 cases of undisputed name change were resolved. Similarly, 198 undisputed transfer cases were settled in Tehsil Gudh, 456 in Naigarhi, 429 in Mauganj, 335 in Sirmaur, 355 in Tehsil Semaria, 309 in Hanumna, 272 in Tyonthar, 235 in Raipur Karchulian and 466 in Mangawan. This includes cases resolved by Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars. All these resolved cases are being uploaded in Jan Seva Abhiyan portal and RCMS portal. The Additional Collector has congratulated all the SDMs, Tehsildars, Naib Tehsildars and other employees of the Revenue Department for their cooperation in making the campaign a success. 3979 cases were disposed of in a single day or it was not a trivial task, better monitoring with better planning, due to which this record of revenue officers was created.
