दो बड़े कॉलेज के बीच स्टूडेंट एक्सचेंज कार्यक्रम हुआ संपन्न जानिए क्यों और कैसे

रीवा शहर के एकमात्र कन्या महाविद्यालय  और टी आर एस कॉलेज के समाज कार्य विभाग के बीच स्टूडेंट एक्सचेंज कार्यक्रम संपन्न हुआ अकादमिक जुड़ाव और सहयोग का विस्तार करने हेतु एवं टीआरएस के समाज कार्य विभाग के मध्य छात्र विनिमय कार्यक्रम  एवं फैकल्टी एक्सचेंज कार्यक्रम के दौरान दोनो कालेजों के स्टूडेन्ट्स ने साझा किये अनुभव शासकीय ठाकुर रणमत सिंह महाविद्यालय के समाज कार्य विभाग तथा  शासकीय कन्या स्नातकोत्तर महाविद्यालय रीवा के समाजशास्त्र विभाग के मध्य मध्य प्रदेश शासन के उच्च शिक्षा विभाग के निर्देशानुसार प्राचार्य डॉ अर्पिता अवस्थी एवं प्राचार्य डॉ नीता सिंह के निर्देशन में एमओयू के उपरान्त स्टूडैन्ट एक्सचेंज कार्यक्रम के अन्तर्गत दोनो महाविद्यालयों के छात्र एवं  छात्राओं ने एक साथ मिलकर अध्ययन अध्यापन एवं अन्य गतिविधियों के अनुभवों को साझा किया। एमओयू होने के उपरांत दोनों विभाग अकादमिक जुड़ाव और सहयोग का विस्तार करने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं। छात्र विनिमय कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से समाजशास्त्र एवं समाज कार्य के  छात्रों को  आपस में चर्चा एवं बातचीत करने का अवसर मिलता है।

इस अवसर पर समाजशास्त्र विभाग की विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ रचना श्रीवास्तव ने टी आर एस कालेज के छात्र छात्राओं के साथ जीडीसी की विभिन्न गतिविधियों की जानकारी देते हुए इसे छात्र छात्राओं के सर्वागींण विकास तथा मनोबल बढ़ाने की दिशा में आवश्यक कदम बताया। वहीं दूसरी ओर टी आर एस कालेज के समाज कार्य विभाग के विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ अखिलेश शुक्ल ने अपने कालेज में संचालित की जा रही गतिविधियों की जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि एक कॉलेज के सीमित दायरे से बाहर निकलकर समान अभिरूचि के अन्य साथियों से मिलने एवं अनुभवों को साझा करने से न केवल छात्र एवं छात्राओं की झिझक खुलती है बल्कि समाज के साथ मिलकर कार्य करने की प्रवृत्ति में विस्तार होता है। उन्होंने कहा कि ज्ञान के आधार को व्यापक बनाने, नए दृष्टिकोण प्राप्त करने और  छात्रों को व्यावहारिक अध्ययन दिलाने का यह एक बेहतरीन  अवसर है। स्टूडेंट एक्सचेंज कार्यक्रम के अंर्तगत टीआरएस कॉलेज के समाज कार्य विभाग एवं कन्या महाविद्यालय की छात्राओं  शिक्षकों से मुलाकात करके आपसी विचारों को साझा किया। डॉ शुक्ल ने कहा कि दोनों संस्थान क्षमताओं से परिपूर्ण है, इसलिए हमें एक दूसरे की जानकारी और ज्ञान को साझा करना चाहिए। हम बदलाव के संवाहक हैं और छात्रों को इस प्रकार के अवसर प्रदान करना उनके विकास एवं भविष्य के शिक्षकों के विकास में उपयोगी होगा। नई शिक्षा नीति, समूह कार्य और आपसी सहयोग के लिए प्रेरित कर रही है। इस प्रकार के कार्यक्रम छात्र एवं छात्राओं को शिक्षा प्राप्त करके विकास करने और वैश्विक नागरिक बनने में सहायक होंगे। वर्तमान में आपसी सहयोग सहित विचारों को साझा करना शिक्षण का बेहतरीन माध्यम है। एक साथ कार्य करके, विचारों को साझा करके हम शिक्षण के नये तरीकों और माध्यमों को समझ सकते हैं। इस अवसर पर जीडीसी की ओर से विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ रचना श्रीवास्तव, डॉ स्वाति शुक्ला, सहायक प्राध्यापक, डॉ राजेश कुशवाहा तथा तकनीकी सहायक पीयूश सोंधिया सहित बड़ी संख्या में छात्रायें उपस्थित रहीं। वहीं टी आर एस कालेज के प्रतिनिधि मंडल में समाजकार्य विभाग के विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ अखिलेश शुक्ल, सहायक प्राध्यापक डॉ शिवबिहारी कुशवाहा, डॉ प्रियंका तिवारी, सहित छात्र एवं छात्रायें उपस्थित रहीं। कार्यक्रम में छात्र छात्राओं ने भी अपने विचार प्रस्तुत किये। कार्यक्रम का संचालन डॉ स्वाति शुक्ला के द्वारा किया गया।

Student exchange program was concluded between the only girls college of Rewa city and social work department of TRS college to expand academic association and cooperation and during student exchange program and faculty exchange program between social work department of TRS Students of both the colleges shared their experiences Under the student exchange program after the MoU under the direction of Principal Dr. Arpita Awasthi and Principal Dr. Neeta Singh between the Department of Social Work of Government Thakur Ranmat Singh College and the Department of Sociology of Government Girls Post Graduate College, Rewa, as per the instructions of the Department of Higher Education, Government of Madhya Pradesh. College boys and girls together shared their experiences of study, teaching and other activities. After the signing of the MoU, both the departments are trying to expand academic engagement and collaboration.

 Students of sociology and social work get an opportunity to discuss and interact with each other through the student exchange programme. On this occasion, Dr. Rachna Srivastava, Head of the Department of Sociology, giving information about various activities of GDC along with the students of TRS College, termed it as a necessary step towards all-round development of the students and boosting their morale. On the other hand, Dr. Akhilesh Shukla, Head of the Department of Social Work, TRS College, giving information about the activities being conducted in his college, said that going out of the limited confines of a college, meet other colleagues of similar interest and share experiences. Doing this not only opens the hesitation of the students but also expands the tendency to work together with the society. He said that this is a great opportunity to broaden the knowledge base, gain new perspectives and provide hands-on learning to the students. Under the Student Exchange Program, the students of TRS College’s Social Work Department and Girls’ College met teachers and shared mutual ideas. Dr. Shukla said that both the institutions are full of capabilities, so we should share each other’s information and knowledge. We are the agents of change and providing such opportunities to the students will be useful in their growth and development of future teachers. The new education policy is motivating for group work and mutual cooperation. Such programs will help the boys and girls to grow through education and become global citizens. Presently sharing of ideas including mutual cooperation is the best medium of teaching. By working together, sharing ideas, we can come up with new ways and means of teaching. On this occasion, a large number of girl students including Head of Department Dr. Rachna Srivastava, Dr. Swati Shukla, Assistant Professor, Dr. Rajesh Kushwaha and Technical Assistant Piyush Sondhia were present on behalf of GDC. On the other hand, students and students including Dr. Akhilesh Shukla, Assistant Professor Dr. Shivbihari Kushwaha, Dr. Priyanka Tiwari were present in the delegation of TRS College. Students also presented their views in the programme. The program was conducted by Dr. Swati Shukla.
