स्वर्ण जयंती समारोह के मुख्य अतिथि इंदर सिंह परमार उन्होंने स्थानीय भाषा बोलियों में पढ़ाई की वकालत करते हुए कहा हमारी सरकार इस दिशा में गंभीरता से सोच रही है हम जल्द ही भारतीय संस्कृति से ओतप्रोत शिक्षा नीति लेकर आएंगे स्कूलों में वह सब पढ़ाया जाएगा जो अभी तक नहीं पढ़ाया गया अपना स्वर्ण दिवस मना रहा है स्कूल स्वर्ण जयंती के रूप में इस मौके पर स्कूल के पूर्व छात्र राजेंद्र शुक्ला ने जो कि पूर्व मंत्री स्थानीय विधायक भी हैं ने माननीय मंत्री से स्कूल के लिए जो भी मांगा स्कूल मंत्री ने तत्काल घोषणा कर दी सब कुछ मिलेगा जब भविष्य में मॉडल स्कूल अपना गौरवशाली दिवस भव्य तरीके से मनाने जाएगा उसके पहले स्वर्ण जयंती समारोह को स्कूल शिक्षा मंत्री इंदर सिंह परमार रीवा सांसद जनार्दन मिश्रा रीवा विधायक पूर्व मंत्री राजेंद्र शुक्ला ने संबोधित करते हुए स्कूल के अतीत गौरव को याद किया स्कूल के पूर्व छात्रों को भी सम्मानित किया गया राजेंद्र शुक्ला जो कि इस स्कूल के छात्र भी है इस मौके पर मौजूद रहे उन्होंने कहा आज वह स्कूल के छात्र के रूप में यहां मौजूद हैं ना कि मुख्य अतिथि के तौर पर आज वह तमाम लोगों का स्वागत कर रहे हैं मॉडल स्कूल के स्वर्ण जयंती समारोह का आगाज मां सरस्वती की मूर्ति पर माल्यार्पण के साथ हुआ बच्चों ने सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम प्रस्तुत किया इस मौके पर स्कूल की पत्रिका का विमोचन भी किया गया मॉडल स्कूल के प्राचार्य पंकज जोकि इस स्कूल के छात्र भी रहे हैं उन्होंने अतिथियों को रीवा की सुप्रसिद्ध सुपारी के खिलौने से सम्मानित भी किया आभार प्रदर्शन दीपक निगम ने किया स्कूल के स्वर्ण जयंती समारोह में भाग लेने के लिए स्कूल के प्रथम बैच के छात्र 1975 जिन्होंने 1978 में पास आउट किया था भारी तादाद में मौजूद थे साथ ही 75 से लेकर आज तक पढ़े छात्र भारी तादाद में नजर आए इसके अलावा रीवा शहर के गणमान्य नागरिक भारी संख्या में मौजूद रहे स्कूल के बच्चों की उपस्थिति भी रही हम आपको बता दे मॉडल स्कूल रीवा शहर के प्रतिष्ठित स्कूलों में से एक है यहां पर एडमिशन पाना हर छात्र का सपना होता है अब सीट बढ़ जाने से कई ऐसे छात्रों को यहां पढ़ने का मौका मिल जाएगा जिन्होंने परीक्षा तो दी थी लेकिन कम अंक होने की वजह से उन्हें दाखिला नहीं मिल पाया था
