रीवा ज़िले के आस पास के ग्रामोंनरोरा, हिनौती, सोनरा, मध्यूर, चीजवर, बहेलिया, कहमेरिया, बैजनाथ एवं बेला में इन दिनों मान्यता प्राप्त और गैर मान्यता प्राप्त क्रेशर की भरमार सी हो गई है इस इलाके में संचालित अनेकानेक अवैधानिक स्टोन क्रशर, आपको मिल जाएंगे जो ना केवल नियमानुसार अनुमति के बिना ही चलाये जा रहे हैं बल्कि कुछ एक में अनुमति होने के बावजूद नियमों का पालन किए बिना भी संचालित हैं। ऐसे अवैधानिक ढंग से संचालित स्टोन क्रशर के कारण हो रहे प्रदूषण से ग्रामों से लगे आबादी क्षेत्र की आबादी, तालाब, पेड़ पौधे, पशु पक्षी पीड़ित हैं। पूरा वातावरण धूल धूसरित है।

किसी भी क्रेशर संचालक में जीएनटी के नियमों का पालन नहीं किया ग्रीनबेल्ट नहीं बनाया इसके उल्टा ग्रामीण सड़कों को तहस नहस कर दिया गया है उन्हें पूरी तरीके से नेस्तनाबूद कर दिया गया कुछ इलाकों में तो सड़कें पता ही नहीं चलती यही नहीं  उनका संचारण भी नहीं किया जा रहा है। अवैधानिक ढंग से ब्लास्टिंग की जा रही है। हमारे खनिजों को लूटा जा रहा है। इन्ही सब विषयों को लेकर ब्रिजेंद्र कुमार माला एवं अतुल कुमार जैन अधिवक्ताओं के द्वारा माननीय नेशनल ग्रीन ट्रिब्यूनल के समक्ष याचिका दायर की गई है। जिसके प्रारंभिक सुनवाई दिनांक 24 मई को हुई एवं अधिवक्ता अतुल कुमार जैन द्वारा माननीय नेशनल ग्रीन ट्रिब्यूनल के समक्ष पक्ष रखा गया। सुनवाई उपरांत माननीय नेशनल ग्रीन ट्रिब्यूनल द्वारा आदेश पारित कर तीन सदस्यीय समिति का गठन करने का आदेश दिया गया है। जिसमें माननीय कलेक्टर रेवा के साथ केंद्रीय प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड एवं मध्य प्रदेश राज्य प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड के एक एक प्रतिनिधि होंगे। आदेश  के माध्यम से  नेशनल ग्रीन ट्रिब्यूनल द्वारा समिति को निर्देशित किया गया है की वे उपरोक्त ग्रामोंमें स्थित एवं संचालित स्टोन क्रशर के संबंध में जाँच कर की गई कार्यवाही की रिपोर्ट माननीय नेशनल ग्रीन ट्रिब्यूनल के समक्ष प्रस्तुत करें। प्रकरण की अगली सुनवाई 27 जुलाई निर्धारित की गई है यह जानकारी अधिवक्ता बृजेंद्र कुमार माला के द्वारा दी गई

These days recognized and unrecognized crushers have become full of recognized and unrecognized crushers in villages around Rewa district, Hinouti, Sonra, Madhyur, Chijwar, Baheliya, Kahmeria, Baijnath and Bela. Many illegal stone crushers operating in this area, you will find Which are not only being run without permission as per rules, but in spite of having permission in some one, they are also being operated without following the rules. Due to the pollution caused by such illegally operated stone crushers, the population, ponds, trees, plants, animals and birds of the population area adjacent to the villages are suffering. The whole environment is dusty. GNT norms have not been followed in any crusher operator, Greenbelt has not been created, on the contrary, the rural roads have been completely destroyed, in some areas the roads are not known,

not only this, they have not been communicated going. Blasting is being done illegally. Our minerals are being looted. A petition has been filed before the Honorable National Green Tribunal by the advocates Brijendra Kumar Mala and Atul Kumar Jain regarding all these subjects. The preliminary hearing of which was held on 24 May and advocate Atul Kumar Jain presented the case before the Honorable National Green Tribunal. After the hearing, the Hon’ble National Green Tribunal passed an order and ordered the formation of a three-member committee. In which there will be one representative of Central Pollution Control Board and Madhya Pradesh State Pollution Control Board along with Honorable Collector Reva. Through the order, the committee has been directed by the National Green Tribunal to present the report of the action taken in relation to the stone crushers located and operated in the above villages before the Honorable National Green Tribunal.
